Made an appointment on Thursday 9/11 *in the facility for Saturday 9/13 but the receptionist made the appointment a week prior for Thursday 9/6 and also showing that I did not show up? How do you make an appointment for a day a week prior and second I’ve never been to this location prior in my life…? When I asked for the corporate number the manager on duty became upset and said I was being very rude for asking for the corporate number….huh…. How does asking for a corporate number being rude? How am I being rude when I ask what happened and why? I drove across town on a Saturday for this appointment…. Not sure if this place is working in the twilight Zone but they for sure can’t keep a schedule or a clean facility with dirty carpets and dirty torn chairs on top of the manager having grease or dirt in everyone of their fingernails fricking gross!!!! Probably a good thing i didn’t get my eyes checked here just on the cleanliness and attitude alone..

Went in to order our glasses and Elizabeth was on top of everything. She took care of my husband and I, made sure we had everything we needed, gave us a discount and sent us on our way. Flawless. Elizabeth helped us last year also and it was so nice to see her again. Makes it easy to go in with trust when you have consistent employees with super customer service. Love Elizabeth for constantly being there for our glasses and needs.
