I keep trying to speak to someone local here but there is only a 877 number to call. I am trying to get my moving set up but I need my storage location further away from my moving location and the people online can't help me whatsoever. Really disappointed that more customer service isnt a priority I've used PODS to move before and was really excited when the location of storage was right next to my work an hour from my moving location. They told me I had no choice but to have my container on the other side of Portland because its closest to where im moving from but not the area I am moving too. I had planned to keep mg stuff in a PODS storage for awhile. How am I supposed to store my stuff here and then access it when I need to???- when I can't even get ahold of the location whatsoever and have to talk to someone in a call room in who knows where.

Timely POD deliveries and pickups. Excellent communication throughout. POD drivers were excellent and helpful in POD placement and the care they took with my belongings. Way better experience than expected. Highly recommend.

Aron W was incredibly skilled. I had a very difficult spot for my drop off and Aron handled it like an absolute pro, an icon, a unit. There were freakin wires above the pod, a tight driveway, twists and turns. Aron is incredible & was so kind and communicative the whole time. Dude deserves a raise. I dunno what yall r paying him but freaking double it. Aron, if u see this, thank you again i am beyond grateful for your time and energy and care.

Service was outstanding! Ben Turgerson arrived with the Pod that had traveled across the country and did an amazing job. He placed it right where I wanted it even though it was a bit of a tight fit and made sure the door opened properly before leaving. 10/10

Just had my POD dropped off by Arono W. and he did a great job. He did not have much room to maneuver but he was able to get the POD into my driveway no problem. He also went above and beyond and fixed the lock on the POD door before he left.

We adored our delivery with Pods with Aron! He was so kind and thoughtful and did an amazing job of maneuvering (truly an art!) and delivering our Pod on a sloped driveway. He was awesome and hope he gets a ton of kudos from his team because his care was abundant.

Make sure you are at the location when they are dropping off the pod. The person that dropped off my pod did not place it where I had asked even though the space met every requirement on the web site. Her excuse was she couldn't place it correctly because of how the pod was loaded on the truck. Unfortunately my wife was the one dealing with her so she got away with it.
In response to the owners response:
Do not pretend the company cares. I called customer service as soon as I got home to see the location the pod was placed. The only response I got is that nothing will be done about it unless I pay more money to have them come back out. I had to call over a friend to help me move the pod which was not an easy task. Funny thing is the truck was able to pick it up in its new location so that leads me to believe it would have been possible to place it there. I know you have to pretend to care on social media but don't pretend your company cares about customer experience once you have the money.
