Very disappointed!
Poor customer service!!
Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!!!
Rude from the moment I arrived
Overpriced and poor communication caused a simple job to turn into a nightmare !
They told me one thing and then did something else then charged me extra to fix their mistake!!
I have been in the repair industry for many years and can put up with some issues
But not the disrespect that came from using this shop NEVER AGAIN !! THIS WAS AN EXPENSIVE LESSON !!!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!!

I called this shop on the phone. They told me I can bring my own parts. They told me it would cost about a $100 to change the center bearing carrier.I get to the location and the guy tells me no I can't bring my own parts , and we have to inspect the entire driveline if anything else needs to be replaced and that's not what I wanted.I wanted them just to change the center bearing so this shop is a bait and switch! And she also failed to tell me that this would take an undisclosed amount of time to get repaired š again, this is a bait and switch shop.Avoid this place at all cost. They lie to me right to my face and on the phone.

Jim and his whole team are phenomenally experienced and intelligent workers. I came in with a one of one driveline for my auto to manual conversion trying to get the car done in time for a HUGE car show (VCMEET) but ran into couple problemās, because the driveline isnāt serviceable nor are parts available. All other driveline shops wonāt even want this type of work brought through their front door because they arenāt looking for small things to tinker with. But Jim and his friendly crew took me in with a desire to help, figuring out the problem and what would be the best suitable, reliable option for me. Iām a happy customer walking out with a driveline that was done professionally in no time, also can say I made some new likeminded friends in the community of engendering. Highly would recommend this shop for all of your driveline needs, even if they are one off. They got the options for you!!

I Came here to see if they would work on my drive line from my 93 Dodge Dakota Lowrider. At first they weren't so sure how it works but after explaining it them that it goes onto a car with hydraulics, they knocked it out of the park. I would definitely be returning for any more work I may need and I'll be sending business their way.
Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.
Their prices are reasonable.

I was excited to come to these guys with a project of mine. But when I brought some of my parts from the existing project to show as the example of what I needed, and so theyād be able to take measurements, they wouldnāt let me finish a sentence without cutting me off in a condescending tone. I have a Corolla transmission needing to be adapted to a Datsun transmission. They were so concerned because they assumed I wanted them to use my old parts to build a new driveline, that they told me this is not really a project they were interested in. Each time I tried to clarify and explain that I understood that theyād be using new parts theyād interrupt me and ask me a question about why I think they should use old parts. I felt rushed in each response, trying to get a word in edge wise.
Talk about not listening. I was so confused and put off, I grabbed my stuff and walked out. I had called in the week before and explained what I needed over the phone then Iād be bringing in my stuff so they could help me build a custom driveline, and they said no problem.
But when I came in, the guy I talked to acted like I was wasting his time. It was like I had gone somewhere where they didnāt actually make drive lines and didnāt want to sell me one. Iāve never gone to a shop that specialized in something that didnāt actually seem to wanna sell you that specialty. He seemed more concerned about the projects they already had and he wanted to get back to work.
When I clarified with, are you telling me that you canāt build a driveline for my project, he hesitated and said not necessarily, but still didnāt seem interested in taking my money or helping me with my project. Talk about a weird experience, but I was willing to pay three times the money they had quoted me on over the phone just to get my project done. Out of principal, Iām finding another shop after they wasted my time and treated me like I was an idiot.

Really poor service and I would avoid this location if possible. They don't stick with what they quote you when you arrive and are rude when you attempt to explain any project you need assistance with. Try to go somewhere else first, if possible, before taking any of your driveline/balancing needs here.

Jake was very helpful in ordering a Front driveline for a 98 Mercury Mountaineer š, also met the Owner when I picked it up. And he was very informative š and helpful as well. Fair pricing and I would recommend them to others. Thanks again.

Got tired of replacing drive shaft center carrier bearings so I had them build me a one piece shaft for my 1985 Toyota pickup extra cab. Price was super fair, build time was extremely fast. I dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up on Thursday. Build quality is outstanding!! 10/10 experience all the way around.
FYI, IF YOU PLAN ON PAYING CASH THEY DO NOT HAVE A CHANGE. It was worth the extra few bucks lol.

I called and They claimed they could balance a 3 piece drive shaft that had a slight vibration. All the ujoints and carrier bearings were good.
I drove 100 miles to drop off and the rude person at the counter said they wouldn't balance it without replacing everything so I thought in the long run that would be fine.
I got the driveline back after paying them twice as much as I was quoted and installed it and my van vibrated so bad it sounded like it was going to fly apart at 50 mph
I called them to let them know and jim was so rude and interrupted me every time I tried to talk and just had a lot of excuses.
Don't waste your time or money with this outfit the Don't have the equipment or employee's to do the job right.
To balance a drive shaft properly it needs to be spun over 5000 rpm.
Precison ahole only spin at 2500rpm

Jim and the crew at precison driveline knocked it out, I came in at 9am after a holiday weekend with a custom 2 piece driveline that I thought might be out of balance after a transmission upgrade. Jim noticed that the slip joint in-between the 1st and 2nd shaft looked very tight so we measured the truck 2 and 3 times to verify and low and behold the previous mechanic made it too long and it was bottoming out! Jim got the guys on it and I had it back in my truck by the end of the day. They also fixed the balance problem too. I was on mile 7500 of a 10k mile trip back to Alaska and they saved the day. Thx precison ?!
