Updated review. After owning my chair I purchased through this store for over $5,500, I let Alonso know it was not working for my body and causing me pain in my low back. I was informed that this chair was not eligible for return. I was told the franchise owners would be reaching out to me to discuss options. After a week I had not heard from anyone so I reached back out to Alonso and he said he would send another note to them. This was over a week ago and I still have not heard from them. VERY unprofessional. Be forewarned! Customer service and satisfaction is apparently not important to the franchise owners and they can’t even be bothered to call and have a conversation with an unsatisfied customer. I would think at the very least they could offer to put this chair in one of their stores for sale. As it sits I am stuck with a very expensive chair that causes my back pain. Very frustrated.

I have lots of dramatic back and neck issues. Heading overseas with an 11 hour flight, I needed something to try to aid in enduring an econ seat for that period of time. RTB had several lumbar options one of which I purchased. Sought neck support elsewhere, but I've been using my lumbar pillow at home and am very pleased with it.

All 3 encounters with store employes we're great I got all the information that I need about purchasing the chair with no issues no hiccups. The details were spot on. The first encounter I was in the store for 2 and a 1/2 hours experience every detail of the chair. And I must admit the payment plan is fantastic. At first I kinda find it hard to believe how that work but But it Was made For me Personally.

We bought a Gravis zero gravity chair at the other location with delivery & decided to pick it up early. They assembled it for us ahead of schedule - I think they were planning on putting it together on Monday but we picked it up Saturday! The chair itself is decadent. If you can get one, you should!
A few years back I also got an office chair here. It is still going strong. Really nice chair! I had a warranty issue with the back and the people at RTB helped me with it no problem.
Stuff costs a lot here, but it's worth it, and they back it up with great service!

Great experience. Great product options. Erin spent a lot of time making sure I had the product I needed, and that was happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend a store visit for a neck or back relief solution.

I was shopping to replace a zero gravity chair purchased from them 23 years ago. The sale person was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient helping me find the best fit for my body size and meet my comfort levels. Their website provided good information so I had a good idea of what I wanted in a new chair. It was nice to have many choices to from something I didn’t have 23 years ago. Great experience.

Bought a special order SACRO Ease with a cutout for the tailbone that is great! Erin in the Clackamas store is wonderful. I returned the normal SACRO Ease due to tailbone pain and they honored the return, gave full credit AND allowed me to keep the old one until the new order came in.

We are pleased with our experience in the Relax The Back store in Clackamas. Erin answered our many questions, responded to our input and helped us select appropriate recliners. She was professional, very knowledgeable, and patient. We look forward to many years of relaxation in these quality ergonomic recliners.

My first time at this place, I couldn't find it. I called while I was on my way, and it went to voicemail, so I hung up. Then, I got to the parking lot, and still couldn't find it, so I called again. Same thing, it went to voicemail. Within 30 seconds, the store called back, saying "I see that you called twice, can I help you?" "Yeah, I can't find you." Erin stayed on the phone, and guided me to the store, using landmarks in this huge parking lot. Okay, so I finally get tom the store, and wanted to see the Shiitake X-Chair. Erin it to showed me. It was definitely a mushroom color, but the manufacturer insisted that it was a dark green. Erin started a chat with the manufacturer and sent them a photo. So many people rely on the photos on websites, but what if it's the wrong photo? I asked Erin if she could order a new one from the manufacturer to see what color shows up. "Sure thing!" I would say this is great customer service.
