This place has zero effort or motivation to unload a truck. We showed up a half hour early. We were told to take dock 2 to unload our meat. We have been sitting in the dock doors with the doors wide open. I went in to check on when they will start unloading. I was told they will start right now and yet nothing has happened.
Now we are going to be late for our next delivery appt thanks to these clowns. They are too busy inside talking,joking around,horseplay and no action.
Then they charge you for them to unload their product in a very untimely manner. I'd stay away from this place.
Oh and as far as cleanliness in the back for the warehouse I'd advise not to shop here as we saw very insanitary conditions. No way e coli,salmonila,listeria all possible from here. I'd be careful

Worst management I ever seen in my life. Mr. Jeff is the most irresponsible and unprofessional manager in the whole world. He doesn’t know how to handle customers and what to do. I have a business in Bellevue, Washington. I am a customer of restaurant depot since 2007. Today was the nightmare of my life. I called restaurant depot this location in Oregon yesterday for a discontinued item that was only at this location, remember this item was just discontinued. I couldn’t find it in the entire state of Washington. I called everywhere, and after a long search I found 13 boxes in Oregon (12628 SE Jennifer St Ste B, Clackamas, OR 97015). First I talked to a woman on the phone and she told me to talk with the manager Mr. Jeff. He talked to me on the phone, I requested him to keep that item for me until tomorrow because at that point it was 2pm and I couldn’t make the 4 hour drive since they close at 4pm. I told them I can come tomorrow morning or send over my son. I also said I can pay over the phone but he refused. And he take my account number and he told me I can save for you, but you must come tomorrow.
Now today I send my son and my daughter to pick up my order and they were shocked because Mr. Jeff said those item is sold to someone else. Mr. Jeff instead gave my son a $50 gift card and apology. My son called me and I told my son to give him back the gift card. Also I called him and Mr. Jeff said it was the mistake of his employee. But truly this is your mistake Mr. Jeff, you are responsible for taking care and making sure that customer orders are somewhere safe. It is your responsibility to put the note on the order with my business name. Don't put the blame on your employees. Also you gave us a $50 gift card, I spend more than $200 worth of gas and time, and a 4 hour drive one way. And you said sorry and that is it. If I was your boss I would terminate you right away. You are the worst manager in the whole United States.

Very bad service, the cashier was angry, throwing things and things with a very bad attitude and talking to you. Very rude and despotic. I think she doesn't like her job. Very bad experience to make the day worse.
