T-Mobile is scamming customers off of insurance. We have been customers for about 5 years. My wife broke her phone recently. We didn't have the money to file the claim immediately. So she put the sim card in an old phone. She had a Galaxy note 10 plus. that we bought at T-Mobile and paid insurance on that phone for the last four years. When we tried to file a claim on her phone. T-Mobile told us that they would not cover the phone because it wasn't the right phone. We tried to explain that we put the sim card in an old phone, so she had a phone for the time being. They still said they would not replace the phone because the insurance goes with the account and not the phone. Which makes no sense, why would I pay insurance on my plan and not the phone? Even though on the T-Mobile app, it still showed that the Note 10 plus was the phone covered. We contacted customer service again and were told to put the sim back in the broken phone and file the claim again. We did that and were denied again. Because now they were saying the phone, we put the sim card in was covered and not the Galaxy. Even though it was not even purchased at a T-Mobile store. Then when i looked on the app again they had changed the phone that was covered to the junk phone and told us all they can do is upgrade the phone. But we would have to purchase the phone. i knew they would do that, so i took a screen shot to prove that they are pulling shady business practices. If they are doing this to everyone, then they are making millions of dollars even though they will do anything they can not to honor their insurance plans. I am going to try to find a lawyer to start a class action lawsuit against T-Mobile. It shouldn't be hard after reading the rest of these reviews. you need to make this right T-Mobile. What you are doing is wrong and you know it!

I came here because their listed closing time was 7pm i arrived at 640 and they were closed already.Update: Came in looking for a case for a phone originally, but when I realized this phone not only doesn't have the features I wanted, but no accessories available I decided in store I'd just buy a phone from T-Mobile because there were cases and screen protectors in store to take with me right then and there.Well.... Not sure if we got the new guy that doesn't have access to the safe or something but when I asked for the phone I wanted he said he would go back and grab it. We were quickly told "2.5 minutes to get into the safe"Sure sometimes technology doesn't want to cooperate for us I understand, but then close to 10 minutes go by and we are standing there like buffoons and I ask the guy again how long for the safe? To which his response is "oh I'm actually waiting on him" and he pointed to a co-worker selling an elderly couple Iphones.I understand we get customers and get busy but why leave someone to sell phones if they don't have access to them and are basically at the mercy of their co workers that don't seem to care.Overall a very strange experience being in the store today. With this visit and them closing early when they feel like it makes it very clear I can't come to this location and truthfully considering switching to cricket wireless or Verizon at this point.

the worst service I have ever received… being a long time customer I felt totally ignored. The service I received at 611 was much better.

They sold me an older Motorola phone I go in and they said I get no credit for an upgrade and I still have to come out of pocket 105$. I'm good I'll just stitch back to Verizon.

Terrible customer service. Not only was the "manager" incredibly rude, but they refused to exchange a poorly functioning phone (that had just been purchased) without charging the restocking fee. We went to a store on the west side of town; they were great and exchanged the phone without any problems.

If this is the T-Mobile in Clackamas Town Center, and you meet a gentleman by the name of Nefatali, you can die the next day smiling. If you don’t want to deal with BS, it’s worth your drive if you’re traveling from Beaverton area, especially the Beaverton area. This man truly knows customer service and humanity, a true hero in a world of mindlessness from the younger generations. In saying that, give a hero some space and be kind if he’s dealt with multiple issues prior to yours. However, don’t waste hours of gas and time going somewhere else like I did. Especially the Beaverton area.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The customer service from Christina in this store was atrocious! Even saying “customer service” is a joke because it was nonexistent. I do not work for T-Mobile, so of course when I need assistance I have questions. I have NEVER been talked down to like that from any employee in any store ever, simply disrespectful and rude. I literally cancelled my service with them that night because of her. DISGUSTING!

Went in to get a new phone. I've been with T Mobiles for 15 years and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with the company.....in-person or call center.Paid 35 for activation fee, but I ended up doing most of the work alone because associate went to help someone else. As soon as I expressed some frustration a male associate came to "help". by then most of activation was completed. Then he turns off the wifi and stops installs that were in progress, then tells me I can do that at home. Felt like I was being kicked out.I've never had a negative experience with t-mobile in my 15 years with them until today.

This T-Mobile store rates low because of unhelpful staff. I like T-Mobile phone service and I certainly like Samsung Phones, but my interactions with the store staff left a bad taste in my mouth. It took a long time for us to purchase our phones, mostly because the staff kept trying to sell us other products in the T-Mobile family and upsell us on our phone service. Then, when we returned our old phones for credit, first, the staff didn't want to deal with us, and then didn't want to take them back. We finally sent them in to T-Mobile by UPS. Certainly not good service.

SHYLO IVEY went above and beyond for me and every other customer yesterday. She paid money out of her own pocket to speed along one lady and spent over 2 hours of her own time to wait with me to finish my purchase!

Went into the store to inquire on my payment history. And had some lady telling me that I owe for several years of service. And I told her why don't you take a look at my account before you tell me I owe anything. She asked me for my ID, I put it on the table. Then she said if I'm not gonna give her the ID then she can refuse service to me. I looked at her and asked her if she's OK because the ID is on the counter in front of her. Essentially she wasn't wanting to work or help me in anyway shape or form and I let her know that I could just go to a different store. And I did.

After I went To a different t-mobile store they said they couldn't help me with my current phone. So while I was waiting for an appointment I saw that there was one down the street off 82nd Avenue. When i walked in,, Tony was able to assist me with my needs. I have an older Samsung A50 that froze up on me and was about to crash. I told him I wanted a new phone and to see if that was possible. He was able to give me the replacement phone brand new and my monthly payment only went up $2 a month. If you are looking for the best customer service at a T-Mobile store visit the one off 82nd Avenue in Clackamas and ask for Tony. Tony is the best in the business.
