I love Target but this happy valley store is way understaffed. One cashier will not cut it —sorry to say and good luck finding an employee to unlock things. Management here needs to hire.

I came here to buy a countertop appliance, and my experience left me wanting to steal it. It was locked to the shelf and I spent over 20 minutes getting a staff member to unlock it. We tried the sensor stand to call for help. Multiple times. I walked all around the back half of the store and could not find an employee. So, begrudgingly, I waited through the service line in the front to ask for help. They assured me someone would be in the section to help me shortly. After about another 5 minutes and an employee actively WALKING AWAY from me as I tried to get his attention, a much less polite trip to the service desk finally got me the coffee maker I came to buy. I wish I had shoplifted it instead. 0/10; I work retail and would fire my staff without question if they avoided a customer this way.

I’m typically not a target shopper, only stoped at this one while passing through the area to pickup a Rx from the CVS inside the store. The place seemed clean and well stocked, I just find Target to be overpriced compared to other stores or online shopping selling similar items at a more reasonable price.

We will no longer shop at Target because of its inability to stand up to the bullying, cruelty, and bigotry of the current administration.
Nothing against this particular store, just the company itself.

Listen Target - if you are gonna hire 60+ year old members, i totally respect that but why do you have them be checkout ppl who take 4 years to do anything. Plus why do u need two checkout systems target us just the dumbest company ever just wants to lose business

They have good quality items for the most part, but their customer service at the check out stands is not kind. A woman decided she was just going start putting another persons(being my mother) items along with mine and didn't take it off my charge she just put it on my receipt. She didn't say sorry she also was just going to charge me for bags until I proved o had two of my own

I have been all over the country and lived in many areas. This is the worst local Target I have ever been stuck dealing with. Unfortunately, I prefer the Target brand to other stores so I have been willing to give this Target more opportunities to improve than they deserve. On multiple occasions this location has delivered rude and dismissive customer service. It often takes a long time to complete online orders or drive up orders because the employees are very slow at retrieving thosr orders. It doesn't matter the day of the week or time of day, it is consistently slow. Oftentimes I will observe several employees standing in a group hanging out near guest services or at other places in the store. The shelving units that are not protected by locked cases often have a ransacked appeared to them making finding products difficult. It is also common to find large amounts of Boxed products awaiting shelving just sitting around on dollies. I understand stores have stocking hours, but this location seems to be in a constant state of it. Speaking of stocking, this location has a bad habit of not knowing what they have in stock, and what they do not. Today, I was picking up a drive up order and at the last minute the store cancelled the bell peppers. The email I received said it was "per your request" but I had made no such request. When I went in to talk to guest service, the employee told me it had been cancelled because the item was "not in stock." I went straight down the aisle and found six of the bell peppers that were supposedly "not in stock." Outside again, we called to speak with a manager, but the store repeatedly hung up to prevent this line of communication before anything could be said. This is a pattern at this Target. If you shop here expecting the usual standard of Target, you will be disappointed. Nobody seems to held to any sort of standard, and whatever the employees feel like doing goes.

I wish I did not have to write this, but I feel so sorry for the employees that have to work at this location. I stopped in for a quick purchase and it was so busy and chaotic that I walked right out. For one, there were 4 sheriff cars out front and I witnessed an active arrest. Secondly, the checkout lines looked like Christmas time. Third, I hate seeing empty bottles and wrappers left around; you know its unpaid merchandise. Finally, the pungent smell... yikes

Amazing love it so much makeup and Taylor swift merch it's any girls dream + there's stuff for gifts and school. Food to! There's anything you could think of here the value is BADD everything is so overpriced a thing of strawberry's is like $20. The service is ok. mostly teen girls and boys tho

Went to target to buy some men's shoes and they had lock up in a glass case they're so expensive and they have to put them in at a locked case I decided to not purchase no more from target

This store has gone downhill! I'd rather drive to mall 205. There's never more than 2 check out attendants and the self check is also a mile long. The line today for check out ran all the way down to the other end of the store! Poorly staffed. Need more staff at registers to check people out!
