Probably the most expensive forklift dealer in the US. If you have a service-related issue, expect at least 300% upcharge with random taxes and fees added on. We'd recommend somewhere else to service your forklift.

Perfect experience with them. Very helpful and informative staff. The Forklift department was super helpful. Price was fair and service was quick. I was also informed that they do New and Used Racking and Storage Automations as well. Who knew? Wayne took care of me on that as well. Thanks guys!!

Extremely disappointed with Toyota Lift NW. Purchased a brand new forklift from them a few years back and had them install a legal for trade scale at the time of purchase. After about 2 years the forklift developed a hydraulic hose leak so we called to have one of their service techs come out and fix it. Upon his inspection he commented that the hydraulic hose was not routed properly when the scale was installed and consequently wore a hole in the hose. I later received an invoice for $500.00 for parts and labor. I called serval times to dispute the charge and was told that there was nothing they could do, due to the fact the forklift was a couple years old.

Toyota has, and continues to makes some of the best and longest lasting vehicles and forklifts on the market. I might even say the best. However, Toyota Lift NW is a shining example of a company hiding behind the good name of a product they sell. I had a very negative experience with this company. My advice, but a Toyota or Nissan from a 3rd party and hire a local trustworthy 3rd party mechanic to work on it. Definitely not worth the headache, or the inflated cost.

Great parts supply house for all things constructing related that are Toyota. Hard to find the customer service desk, but keep walking around the building and you will get there eventually.

Came out Nov 5th to do what they called a P&M on our forklift, just general inspection. Service tech was great and we were charged 100.00 over the phone before they came out to pay for the P&M. Never received a receipt just quote for work that needed to be done to the lift on the day they were out. 20 days later they charged our card for over 450$ No call, no invoice or bill sent ahead of time and they never had permission to put our card on file. Will never use them again completely unprofessional.

I encountered one of the WORST company drivers I've ever seen driving on i205 North in a white box van decorated with this companys logo and information. Toy48 was the identifier on the van and the license plate was Oregon, 933 JQL. This older man operating the vehicle during rush hour between Portland and Vancouver was the scariest driver I have ever encountered in all my years of driving (even after 24 years living in Portland) I observed this man cut off over 10 vehicles almost causing several accidents while attempting to weave in and out of rush hour traffic for miles. He was following me so closely and aggresively that he almost hit me, he had to swerve to avoid coliding with me. I had my one year old and puppy in the back seat and he would have hurt all of us extremely bad. So instead of backing off what does he do? FOLLOWS ME EVEN CLOSER FLIPPING ME OFF, TAKING PICTURES OF ME WITH HIS HANDS OFF THE WHEEL, AND TELLING OUT HIS WINDOW AT ME. I called the number on the back of the van to report this and they didn't even act like they cared . No stars for this company due to their questionable morals. I'm furious.
