I don't like the design of this branch. It's outdated and cramped. You can't move around because there are packages everywhere. The lighting is also bad and I feel sorry for the employees who work there in such conditions. Every time I've visited, the branch has been packed with customers, so be prepared to wait.

This UPS store is run exceptionally well. All the staff that work here are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I just had the most wonderful experience with Tyrese today he even helped me get my boxes out of the car! Unbelievable in a world that’s best place to have someone take an extra moment to make a customers experience easier! Thank you so much🤩

Not only is my package over a week late (due to weather(ITS SUNNY)) but instead of holding it at store like I requested they do, they sent it to another store! And the ups tracking stopped working so God knows where my package is now 😤

The most SIMPLEST instructions “leave at door” THESE drivers are stupid!!! They can’t find my apartment, yet Amazon and FedEx literally have ZERO problems finding it! I’m on the phone on HOLD for the last 52 mins trying to get explanations!!! I DONT EVER RECOMMEND YOU USE UPS for any important documents! THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND HARD TO GET AHOLD OF!!! I HAVE NO CLUE WHERE MY PACKAGE IS!!!!! UPS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IVE EVER DELT WITH!!

Store customer services. Great, however, UPS pick up delivery, drop off shipping service. All their delivery trucks is just parked in front, so the customers cannot pull up to the door this is a poor location for you guys to have this location. these trucks in this shopping center. Is there no entrance in the back for them to access to store? To be clear of customers traffic??

Paid for a ups next day air, dropped off well before the cutoff time, package was 3 days late. Upon contacting the store I was told to file a claim with ups. When reaching out to ups the 15 day period has ended to receive a refund on late packages, even though their website guarantees delivery by noon or a refund! After spending over 40 minutes on the phone with UPS, I was not able to reach a solution for a refund for the late delivery. Due to the poor service of the stores employees the package was likely late. Will not be using UPS for my shipping needs in the future. Do not recommend their overnight service for anyone that needs a package delivered on time.
