Worst customer service ever! Came in a few months ago to have the name switched for my dying mother accrount. They insisted to see her.(They would not send over a representative or do an online signature) She was unwell but we manged to get her into the car and over to the bank.
Once at the bank our wheelchair ramp on the van started to act up and couldn't get the ramp down. Went inside and told the employees the situation. They insisted, again that my dying mother needed to be in the building to sign the papers.
It took us 30 minutes to finally get the wheel chair ramp to work and inside so she could sign a couple papers.
Not helpful people at all.

Ok folks… heads up you need any appt to get anything done at this place other than counter transactions. We arrived with elderly parents without an appointment but a swell guy named Tajudeen noticed our situation and volunteered to help. He took very good care of care of us. Thank you so much.

Lubna Alsaberi is super amazing! Lubna not only helped me and wife with a 12 month CD, but also waived international wire transfer fees for being a loyal US Bank client.The branch is always super clean and people are always super nice when you walk in. The most convenient is the ATM drivethrough and inside the branch which is open during weekends and offhours!

“BE AWARE”. The ATMs at this location eat your money. I wish I had read the reviews about these ATMs before I came to do my deposit. I made all the required steps to file a dispute and after a week the consumer service just informed me that there was no error, based on the history log that the ATM produces. If the ATM has problems because you have received a complaint (there are several complaints during different months) you will only take into account the log of this machine?After being a customer for almost 20 years and that's how they treat you. At the first opportunity I'm going to change to another bank.

Atm of bank is swallow money cash $2500. I need it deposit for payment. Now, I don’t have money. I opend filed claim from wednesday lastweek. Until now, it’s not resolved. Too bad. I don’t know, Where is my money for me payment bill water, bill electronic, bill rent. Too bad. Don’t come this atm of this bank.
