They never attempt to deliver certified mail. Just stick the notice to your front door. I’ve had this happen multiple times with very time sensitive documents.

I have been trying to retrieve a Christmas gift that was shipped internationally and delivered to my work mailbox (my work mailbox key opens a box for a different store in my complex, so I cannot access our specific box). I have made many attempts to put in a request to have it redelivered with no luck or response from USPS. Luckily as I was leaving today, I was able to catch the mail carrier, Abigail, who was kind enough to open the box and after checking my ID, was able to give me the gift that had been sitting in the box since late January. Abigail went above and beyond to give excellent customer service and did more in about 3 minutes than the USPS has done in 3 months. Please recognize her for her efforts.

Why is this the only location that doesn’t open sooner! They decided not to deliver my package on my day off and waited til the next day, only to leave a note and not deliver because no one was home! Just leave the package at my fenced in door so I don’t have to go out of my way to get a simple delivery!

To the nice guy and other folks who helped me today, THANK YOU!!
Thanks to my lack of research and judgement, I went to the wrong USPS. They had just closed but as they were walking out of the building at the end of their shift (on a very hot day) offered to help me and gave me the address to the right post office.
Thank you for helping me even though you didn’t have too!

First time writing a Google review! USPS is terrible. Scheduled redelivery that never showed up on the day scheduled. Hours at this location do not allow for pick up without taking time off work. No human interaction in phone conversation and the computer system is close to useless. Thanks and God bless.

These guys do not deliver to my address. If you have any mail they hold onto it without leaving a slip in your mailbox. You have to keep an eye out on your packages to make sure they're delivered. There's always a line and it's terrible. I am considering moving from my apartment complex because of this.

Yeah it’s lame they accept oversized parcels they won’t deliver by hand to the front door. But just purely reviewing the actual office pickup location: they’ve always been nice and I’ve never waited too long.
