This is not an actual post office, it is for packages only

Yeah it’s lame they accept oversized parcels they won’t deliver by hand to the front door. But just purely reviewing the actual office pickup location: they’ve always been nice and I’ve never waited too long.

TERRIBLE at answering the phone!

They don't forward mail when set up properly through the online system. They don't have accurate information, how they got inaccurate information is beyond me as it was provided to them accurately and confirmed by general USPS customer service. They don't answer their phone during operating hours. This facility seems like a waste of government resources.

Any mail processed through this location will be held onsite if "oversized" they will claim a delivery attempt that NEVER HAPPENS. They will then hold the package onsite for one month then return to sender. If USPS accepts a package and PAYMENT, then it should be delivered to the address that was paid for, not held in a warehouse miles away.

Awful, can’t reach anyone, they hang up on you. Informed delivery says I was supposed to receive a check saw picture of it out for delivery with other mail, I never received it. Can’t talk to anyone who knows anything at the local post office because they don’t deliver the mail. What do I do!!!

Our community mailbox was smashed and I had to pickup my mail and packages here for a few weeks. They were always friendly and helpful.

This location decided not to be open 24 hours a day anymore and respectfully, I understand their reasoning. However, it makes it hard for people whom work after 6:00pm or later to be able to get their mail and if you don’t pick it up right away, they’ll return it. I’ve had crucial mail returned multiple times when just received. That is not right or fair. Why are we paying for mailing services for them to just return the mail immediately if a box is full? Why can’t they be open until 7:00pm or later during the week or later than 2:00 on Saturday or be open on Sunday? I spoke with Kelly and he told me “they will not be changing anything” and pretty much told me to go somewhere else. Very poor and rude service. He admitted losing a lot of customers due to this but clearly doesn’t care to change. The professionalism is horrible and I do not appreciate being spoken to like he did to me.

Seems like any package over 20lbs are always delivered late, if at all. USPS needs to hire more people who can handle heavy packages. If not, at least open earlier or close later, so people who work can pick up their packages and not have to leave work to do so.

Our mailman has thrown away two pieces of political mail we were supposed to receive. We get daily email updates of what should be delivered, and twice now we are conveniently missing mail from the political organization when every other piece was delivered. it is illegal to tamper with another persons mail. This place is a joke.
