I have found after 15 years doing business at this Clackamas Post Office to be extremely helpful everyday and as fast ,giving the help and answering customer questions, to be the very best caring people with a degree in understanding patience and Honesty.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with the Clackamas, Post Office. I called them 13 times trying to resolve an issue with my lost passport. Only once did I get a response, and that was from an extremely aggressive and disrespectful staff member. The other 12 times, my calls went unanswered. After speaking with her, she told me she would call me back, but I never heard from her again. As someone who pays tens of thousands of dollars in taxes every year, I expect better treatment. The behavior of this employee is completely unacceptable, and it’s clear that poor management is contributing to the disorganization at this office. After my passport was lost, I tried to protect my naturalization certificate from being mishandled, but my concerns were ignored. They have thrown away my important documents, including my passport, and I’m now uncertain about whether my naturalization certificate was also lost. I am extremely frustrated and angry about this situation. I’m working with the best lawyer in Oregon, and I am prepared to take legal action to hold them accountable. These individuals should be fired for their unprofessional conduct, and I will do everything in my power to make sure they are held responsible in court.

The 1st time I came by the younger women didn’t want help my change my address because I didn’t have a lease. I told her it’s blood related. I even have their number. Why do I need lease it just a room rent free? So I left and came back with write piece of paperwork saying this information. The guy was confused what to do. Lucky the older women knew what to do and helped me change my address to out of state. Thank you for helping me get my mail at my new address out of state. :)

I used to love this having my PO BOX here at this Post Office cause they had 24-hour lobby access but ever since they switched their hours, I just hate it. I'm not sure how they expect the people who work during the day to ever be able to get in there to check their PO BOX when they only have lobby access during, M-F 830am-5 pm and Sat 10-2, Sun-Closed.

Based on reviews, I expected poor service, but Steve was so pleasantly kind when I dropped off my package!

The worst post office I've ever stepped foot in. Condescending, snarky, and unhelpful at every question. I'll never go back to this location.
Anette and some thin haired guy harassed me and were of no help.

Just after opening the line was long. They added another person and efficiently and politely addressed everybody's needs. Even with a smile. Excellent service.

This location actively refused to take my packages even though they are within usps guidelines for devices and blotting batteries. the older female employee that works the counter has been rude to me multiple times and does not know USPS proper procedure, and refused to look when I asked since I mail similar packages regularly. USPS states used devices are defined as “Is not manufacturer-certified new or refurbished”. I specified that it was a manufacturer refurbished device and the service person yelled at me that she “didn’t have time for me or to argue with me” and that she “knows how to do her job”. Apparently now well though. I would never recommend this branch to anyone. Go to ups and pay the extra dollar so an angry older lady doesn’t flip her lid about her own ignorance and yell at you.

Your tax dollars at work paying competitive salaries to otherwise unemployable individuals. I'm can no longer give my business to vendors who use USPS due to the incompetence of the staff here. I haven't even had the misfortune of meeting Kelly yet.
