“This place is legit! I stopped in today for the first time, mainly just to browse, and ended up having a great conversation with the employee that worked there . . . He showed me a few pieces of locally blown glass and didn’t mind at all that I was just browsing. I ended up buying a DynaVap (per his recommendation ) and am super happy with it. It’s also an incredibly clean store, not a smudge on the glass and the custom floors had been freshly mopped. Overall great experience, nice to know this level of customer service still exists!”

“I go here often, they're usually there a couple of the guys who work here are kind and helpful, though I always feel like I'm bothering somebody and need to hurry up and get outta there.they have mostly reasonably priced vape necessities that are usually in stock and sometimes I will get a small discount on my order when they recognize me as a frequent customer as I pretty much spend all of my money on this addiction. Definitely better than all the money I spent on past addictions though... would recommend”

“It's difficult to express all the positives without being overly wordy, so I'll keep it brief… Above all, the customer service stands out, and Jacob excels in this area. He's generally who I deal with during my visits, so I'll focus on him. That said, this praise extends to the whole team and the owners—I just prefer not to list everyone by name. The store is consistently stocked with high-quality products; I've never found them lacking anything I needed or wanted. The customer interactions are top-notch. Jacob and the crew at Smoker R Us are incredibly amiable and well-informed. This kind of service is something we need more of in Portland. Of course, there are other stores around, but it's important to recognize why I go the extra mile to visit the Burnside location: it's because of the welcoming atmosphere. Hats off to the leadership team; please continue this excellent work, and again, great job Jacob.”
