They were nice at the store. Once the television was purchased, and I had questions I was on my own. They said we could contact for help.I asked two questions. One, about installing the tv directed me to an outside contractor. That’s reasonable. The other should have been able to easily answer considering “video” is supposed to be their expertise. Their response email was less than helpful. Luckily I can figure most things out with research, but some people who might not be very tech savvy (so to speak) may struggle.

Consumer service sucks for us,latinos who have two last names. But in credit card just show one. Even if we bring passport with the two last names. Dont be able to purchase anything in the store just bcuz of that

Jonathan at the Clackamas store went out of his way to give me a great deal on a LG 65G3 TV. Spent hundreds less than I would have at Best Buy.

Recently bought a TV here and are very pleased with it. Jeff Bennett was so helpful. Listened to what we needed, answered all our questions, and helped us find just the right size and price for us. Saved us about $100 on this TV over Best Buy, Amazon and Costco. Could not be happier. Highly recommend Video Only for your future TV purchase.

I've been listening to these ads my entire life, and like I assume almost everyone in my generation I completely ignored them. So, when it came time to buy TV I was really only considering Amazon, Best Buy, and Costco. But then a jingle echoed out to me across time and space. While the ads, building design, and registers are straight out of the 90s, the price truly was several hundred dollars less than the competition and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Truly an incredibly positive buying experience.

Today January 1, 2024 I called video only in Clackamas because I needed information on a tv we had purchased from them in March 2023. I had no information on it. Kaenen spent so much time with me even though it was not a sale and he was not going to make money. He was patient and very kind. I believe he is an exceptional face of your company. He represents you with integrity, kindness and really cares about the people he encounters sale or not.
