Seems like constant turn over, long waits, not sure how this manager still has a job. He stands around watching as his tellers drown with people waiting rather than stepping in to help. How are you closed on a freaking Saturday??? People have that day off.... What a joke.

this branch is understaffed... can't even answer the phone (during business hours) to make appointment to see the banker.... an appointment is something they require to see the banker... sigh

I would rate a little higher but Lucy the teller , a Hispanic girl was very very very rude . Her attitude was horrible and so ugly. She definitely needs to work on her customer service. Very bad experience.

I don't like how the managers hover over the bank tellers. It makes me uncomfortable just as a customer, and I'm not even the one being micromanaged.

Good interactions with regular staff. Very unfortunate interactions with the manager Nancy Clark. Went out of her way to not help fix a problem by refusing to contact a different wells fargo branch and also refusing to stay on the line while I conferenced in my normal wells fargo business banker. Caused significant problems for my customers that didn't need to happen.

I go here so often I'm sure all the staff know me by name! I'm glad the ATM is open 24 hrs otherwise I'd be in trouble. Over all great location, easy to get to from where I live. The lines can get pretty long but they seem to go very quick, normally I don't need to be in there for over 10-15 minutes.

Our experience with applying for a home mortgage with Wells Fargo's loan officer, Allen Winterhalter was so positive, we felt it important to spread the word. Allen was extremely professional and met our every expectation and more. He provided clear and easy to understand information and advice when we applied for pre-approval. He told us that once we found the property we wanted, we should not hesitate to contact him for the necessary paperwork to make an offer even if it's on the weekend. Allen meant exactly what he said! We found a house on a weekend and set up a meeting with the seller's agent on a Sunday afternoon. Allen was ready to provide all information to the seller's agent and we truly believe part of the reason our offer was accepted over many others was because we had all of our loan information in order. Allen was always extremely prompt on answering our questions. If we emailed him a question, he would answer within minutes. He always stayed on top of all the forms needed for the loan to go through. If you need a mortgage loan officer, we highly recommend Allen.

Gotta say some of the tellers here are cool but there are a couple people that for sure are just too rude and it really bothers me when you have a manager that stands around not helping when there is a line to the door! And another thing I hate about banking at wells is that once you get to know all the tellers here they seem to quit or relocate so then you have to start all over again getting to know everyone here! It's for sure nice when you bank somewhere and they do know your name and give you a great greeting! My one recommendation is to get more tellers on busy days. Such as a day before a holiday, after holiday, payday Monday's or Friday's and day when people get their government checks! Two stars for the remodeling and the location. And the drive thru for the days when I am in my PJs.
