Seems like constant turn over, long waits, not sure how this manager still has a job. He stands around watching as his tellers drown with people waiting rather than stepping in to help. How are you closed on a freaking Saturday??? People have that day off.... What a joke.

this branch is understaffed... can't even answer the phone (during business hours) to make appointment to see the banker.... an appointment is something they require to see the banker... sigh

They change their hours like a kid that's potty training changes their underwear. Pour management skills to help a customer in need on Saturday November 14th and refused to make a appointment to close all accounts with them for asap

Staff is unprofessional. I called and someone immediately answered, and started talking about some rather random and personal information (likely thinking I was another customer). I had to stop him and let him know. And then when he realized, he didn’t apologize and asked me to wait for another person. He just put me on hold immediately.

Very bad refinance experience. First time refinancing and loan officer Alison Lee had called me back after sending an inquiry on the WF website. I tried to stick with WF because they bought out my loan from my initial lender. Alison had pressured us into locking in saying the rates have gone up multiple times in the last 24 hours. Her tactic worked so we locked in. Next day, rates went down, then stayed down, and continued go down even more. We were told we should get approved and our file looks great. We were initially to allow about 6-8 weeks tops to close and this was early September. As we move forward, our loan processor Matthew McIntosh contacts us and says to call him back to confirm some things before moving forward. We called him back several times and even responded to his email but never got a response until finally a week later via email which he did not address our question. By the way, the loan officer was super responsive up until we got the loan application in. Once that happened, communication seized until we advised of a much better rate else where. Not to mention, we were then told our refinance would close late December after Christmas which was well beyond the 6-8 weeks. Thankfully, we got a much better offer to refinance at another bank and thank God we were diligent. We sent emails to our loan officer and processor explaining why were backing out and moving on else where - better rate and better customer service and much quicker closing time. Our loan officer understood and we thought all was good. Almost 2 weeks later we receive a letter in the mail saying our loan refinance application from WF had been denied for reasons that were not mentioned during our initial conversations and review. Why even send us a denial letter if we backed out first and your folks said all was good? Well this review is my answer to that very question. Be professional, cordial, and please do not lie to your customers (oh, there's more I can add but will not). To those of you contemplating to use WF and are reading this - look elsewhere, there's much better options.

After waiting good amount of time, seeing other customers comes and goes, and two bank employees, the manager says: sorry, for unkown reason we can't make the transaction for Canadian dollars... Really? Wasted my time for unkown reason?... So I went to another Wells Fargo on 82dr, Clackamas... The story continue in another review on that bank, see you there.
