Worst mani pedi I have had. Toes - didn’t use nippers to clean up skin around nails. When cleaning under nail stabbed my skin and left a laceration. Paid for the full works pedi - no massage.
Nails - no massage. Did use nipper a little bit made nail look worse than it was before I came.
Gave two stars because they are really nice there.

I have been going to Z Nails for 6 years. I have had my nails and toes done by all the different technicians. All are very good and friendly. I enjoy the nice, clean and spa like atmosphere and quick service. The prices are fair and are payable by multiple ways. I will never go elsewhere. Thank you 🙏🏼

I am not one to write reviews like this, but I showed an example picture & she said she could do it. French tips with a line under it. She proceeded to do a straight across French tip on oval nails (not what I asked for) then told me it was going to be more if I wanted them rounded when I was told $45 after I showed the picture an extra $8 for the design. They are all filed uneven, the polish is uneven, lumpy & when I asked for her to take the hair off with black nail polish on it, it was left on. She told me she would do the design, then told me she couldn’t. Didn’t ask for anyone to try. There is also black paint that bled down the side of my nail.

Friendly owner and staff. Always do quality work. I have seen a few nail techs there and all have been really great! The last few times I have been seeing Hannah and she always does amazing work and attention to detail.

I was given a gift card by my boss. She thought this was my regular salon. First time. My person did a decent job. Could have been sharper, but I am an odd bird that way. Might go back if my normal place is busy.

I usually don't do reviews but I'm sorry... This place is just not it. when I got there, I immediately could tell that it was not the cleanest it could be. when I sat down, I was feeling so rushed. She started to apply the nails and when she was doing my nails she received a FaceTime call and proceeded to answer... kinda unprofessional. also, when she finished applying the powder and started doing the French tip it was so messy. She was just rushing the whole time she was doing them and at this point I was just ready to leave. She didn't even ask me if I wanted to purchase a new filing kit. It looks like she grabbed a used one. When I got in the car and took a closer look at my nails I could easily see how uneven the French tip is and how streaky it is. There's white nail polish on the bottoms of the nails and they aren't even filed evenly. The lady who did my pedicure was decent though no complains there. Overall, I would not come back to this place.

This place was seriously rushed, and very short staffed. I had old acrylic on my nails and the nail tech just put more acrylic right over it. you can still see the acrylic. as far as doing the acrylic she was in such a rush she didn't even cover the full tip on some sides. my nails also have a lot of bubbles in the acrylic. i asked for white french tips and she didn't even ask if it was okay to use the white tips or clear ones. now when i go some where i'm going to have to get white again or get them fully removed.

I had a few minutes today and I was already in Clackamas, so I went in for a much needed eyebrow wax. I had been here before but I was never that impressed. Today, I walked in and they had a few customers getting their nails done so I had to wait. I asked how long the wait might be and the lady never told me a straight answer and I only had a few minutes to spare. I waited and I was nice about it because I own my own business in customer service, so I understand it. But they didn’t give me much to go on as far as feeling like I was important to them. And by the time I get home, I realize that the lady who did my wax peeled my skin. I wondered to myself why it hurt so much, but I shrugged it off cause it had been awhile since I got a wax. I tipped well too, but I will not be returning.Service: Waxing
