Arrogant, unprofessional and discriminatoryI am NOT one to post a bad review, howeverwhen you disrespect my time and do not upholdyour word I dofirmly believe in addressing it , to come to acorrection…. “he said we would talk to me about the 4 foil and root touch up along with a quick trim Iwas wanting … I canceled another appt believing that I would receive what Chris said he would help me with …. but I go in he does a good job on the trim , and forsome reason doesn’t charge me… Still won’t acknowledge me about color iWas needing , my whole point for myappt really , so I call backand Chris tells me he’s gonna pass on me cause he need to give his timeto his already established clients! Very rudeand just dismissive! I’m trulyblown away! very weird experience!I hope that other people are not treatedthis way, I canceled my other appt and to be told once I go in… “I’m going to pass”!Please treat people with a littlemore respect for their time too!Pleaselighten up!

Chris is literally the only person I let touch my hair. Completely perfect in every way - charming, kind, extremely good at his job, and I always leave happy with my hair (and boy is that a change from my usual experience with salons!). Great prices too!
