Horrible customer service, terrible communication, they talk over you when you try to voice concerns over the phone. Rude people and we lose power ALL THE TIME. They direct you to do everything online, so just get rid of all those rude people who work in your office. All that money they spent on that big, expensive building, should have spent it on training your employees better. 0/10 do not recommend.

We had misfortune of something blowing a fuse in our transformer on Mother's day and called CPUD. They came right away, were very nice and friendly and had it fixed in no time. Thank you CPUD for your excellent service.

Clatskanie crews where sent to help Lane County during the snow storm in 2019. Their lineman helped restore power to our trailer park. They where professional and efficient. They took great pride in their work and remained in good spirits even after 20 hour days 7 days a week. Some of the best lineman I've worked with. Thanks again for restoring power to our park and taking pride in your work!

I am disappointed that I am not able to view my entire account and bills. I think the website is lacking in customer service in this area.
