My wife noticed the mail delivery person was coming up the road. We were waiting for a delivery so she stayed in the front yard waiting for the delivery to be made. Note our dog was in the house with me, and my wife was standing at our fish pond less than 40 yards from the mailbox waiting. After the mail person drove off, my wife went to the mailbox only to find a note we have an undelivered package due to problem dog. This is unacceptable and another great reason to do away with the taxed paid postal unserviceable we are forced to deal with

not the best delivery service, my tracking said “handed directly to a resident” and it in-fact was not handed to me! not anywhere near or in mail boxes, but with one of the drivers who thought it would be okay to scan my packages and leave them in the post office to sit there for several days until my sister got to work and could give them to me, just to make his trip easier and not have to put my medium sized packages at the door. very unprofessional and unfortunate

I went to pick up a package on Monday after receiving notification on the previous Thursday at 4:58 pm that they could not deliver the package. They close at 5pm so obviously couldn't pick it up. I was out of town on Friday so I went into Monday morning to pick it up as I have been told you have 3 days to do so. The post office is closed Saturday and Sunday so you can't pick up packages. I was told Monday morning they had sent it back as it had been 3 days. I asked the woman to explain to me how she counts to 3 as Friday would be day one and Monday day 2. I was told actually Thursday counted because I received notification and both Saturday and Sunday count as wrll. She couldn't explain how they counted even though they are closed. She was rude, argumentative and offered no help and said it was my fault for not calling. REALLYThis lady was the in charge person that day and her attitude is exactly why this post office is a joke.

Had a package "delivered" Friday and Saturday to my PO box but I never got it. I had to tell the lady and guy about 10 times that my nephew didn't pick it up and that he left the yellow slips in the box. They lost 2 packages that I need for my parents Celebration of Life service in 2.5 weeks. Mail isn't even put out at 11:30am like it's supposed it.

This post office needs reported to those above them. They continually deliver my family's packages to someone else and I never receive them.This post master should resign as they can't do their job properly and they are very rude every interaction I have with them.

The lady was so incredibly rude to the point of putting me into tears. It was completely uncalled for as I was nothing but nice to her. Really should look into new employees.

Most of the people who work here are pretty good, at least one will come in on closed ( inclement weather etc) days to make sure people get their mail. They all seem to work really hard. There is one older woman, however, who is EXCEPTIONALLY rude, has been caught lying to my husband and I and giving us differing stories (not knowing we were married and we came in at different times over the same issue) and whom obviously despises her job.
