Hi Guys, I don't know what to say, I am truck driver from Canada work for Sethi International as flatbed drover, well before coming to this location I red the reviews and was very scary as don't know how rude they are and how they ll treat me, but when I came here all the way from Toronto Canada to Coburg Oregon, I went inside for receiving but there was no body I went to another door where I beleive owner or the manager of the plant was sitting, I don't know his name but he is the guy with big beard, he was working on computer but he left his work came out with me and then he found everyone was on break, he very politely ask me to stay in the truck and one of his employees ll come out to you soon they ll back,
Anyhow almost 5 minutes after a guy named Robert came to me and ask me to back up the truck through the big gate, when I was backing up he was standing behind to help me backing up,
Then another guy named Mike came and started unloading my truck,
Both the guys were very helpful polite professional with no attitude and down to earth,
They took not more than 45 minutes to unload my full loaded truck,
I would definitely give this location 5star and would love to come here again,
Thank you Mr Robert Mr Mike and the owner or manager of the plant, you guys surprised me with the best service and positive attitude, God bless you all

There is no pride in workmanship here. Spotty welds, runny paint, and overpriced. The boards are nailed into the metal frame and pull away. There are splatter marks on the welds and the joints look terrible. You be the judge, but for 3k for a 6 X 12 save your money and choose another brand.

I've worked here going on 10 yrs. During this time we've improved our quality, durability of products, and employee work pool. Our plant management are honest, and hard working team members unafraid to get their hands dirty when necessary. Great place to work. Great product for the consumer.

They will load you overheight, and claim it is legal. They loaded one of my driver 17.4ft high on a flatbed. Double check the height, and don’t trust these people!That shouldn’t be in business!

They do not care about a safe quality product. It's just numbers. And your just a "machine" to them. You won't have reliable equipment to do your job.

Beware truck drivers. Check with shipper BEFORE loading. I was loaded pretty quick but after I secured the load I received my paperwork which stated that delivery is scheduled next day at 1.30PM for a 530 mile run. Trailersplus in Santa Rosa didn't do a thing to try to offload me earlyer even though I was on site before they opened.

This place of business has very RUDE people working here!! The person who is the so called boss over the receiving obviously has some personal short comings of some kind , and should not be in charge of trash details less alone receiving!! If you are coming here to load or unload you better bring breakfast and lunch!!
