Excellent communication and service for our diesel pusher. There is no question that we will take all of our engine and powertrain service here. Jose was quick to return calls and provide us with estimates for work. There was after hours drop off and a comfortable large waiting room.

10 Stars to the entire staff ! Been coming here since 2020. We have tried others but no Other Cummins Dealer NO not one ! Matched this dealers expertise, quality workmanship, or ability to diagnose and handle a class A pusher. And with fair Quotes pricing. NO Misc Chrgs that other dealers stack on !!!! We are full timers and the level of care that goes into your coach is unmatched anywhere. Even when short staffed they rise to the occasion and get you safely back on your journey as quickly and efficiently as possible They will not sell any un-necessarily needed services or repairs.

Went in twice for Cummins to diagnose the left rear airbag because it was not exhausting. On our 2nd trip there, it took them all day with several calls to Spartan for help. At the end of the day, they charged us $1,000 with no path forward and no resolution. They said they would look into it further and get back to us. When we returned home, we called Spartan ourselves, who provided us with all the documentation needed and the solution to fix the problem. In the meantime, we are waiting for Cummins to get back to us. We called Garrett several times and left voicemail messages for him to call us because we wanted to pass along what Spartan shared with us. Garrett never returned our calls. We then sent an email to the GM, Jim and Jose. FINALLY, Garrett returns our call. He wasn’t happy that we contacted the GM and asked why. We were honest and told him if he would have returned our calls, we wouldn’t have escalated this, and that you have over $1,000 of our money with no resolution. We shared with Garrett, as well as Troy, the mechanic who did the diagnostics, on what Spartan shared with us. We were last advised that they would contact Spartan and get back to us and that was back in January 2022, and here it is now the middle of March, and still no phone call or follow-up! You would think that a shop that takes your money with no path forward and no resolution would want to make this right and fix it. I wasn’t happy that we lost a whole day of business and our time. It would have been a little better if after 2 - 3 hours of waiting that someone would have communicated where they were in the diagnostic process so that WE (not them) could have made the decision to continue or pass on where they were with the diagnostics, but instead, they waited until the end of the day to charge us the $1,000 with no path forward and no resolution. Their lack of communication, leadership, and customer service is the WORST we’ve ever dealt with. If you are having them diagnose anything, please be sure to request communication throughout their process or they will charge you and not give a $hit!

Had Onan trouble on an older motorhome. They had to remove it by cutting some of the coaches fiberglass, I was worried how it would look. Aaron did such a great job, my wife didn't even know it was cut on. And the Onan now runs like a top. Thank you Aaron @ Cummins.

Traveling in our Tiffin Bus and we were leaking coolant. We called and José said they’d give it a look. They have an RV dog friendly waiting room where we watched cable TV while our leak was found and fixed in less than 90 minutes. Thank you so much!

Had a problem while traveling south. They got us right in and back on the road in two days. Nice hookups for our rig. Very friendly staff and Derek was great to work with.

Went in for a generator fuel leak (the fuel return line was leaking, but in a place I couldn't see. They fixed it by feel, I think). I asked about running the rack and Geoff (Jeff?) had an opening in his schedule and got right on it. Not only does he know these engines intimately, he went way out of his way to meticulously protect the inside of our coach from any dirt or grease. Access for this job is through the closet floor and he draped EVERYTHING. The coach runs like a top, the bill was fair and our home was spotless. Outstanding service by all involved. One glaring issue: This place needs a serious overhaul to their communications system. 5 calls resulted in 3 disconnects and two unreturned voice messages. The only time I got thru was to schedule the appointment. I didn't see any way to send email or txt, either. This place is too good to suffer this kind of poor service. Hey Cummins, fix it, please, it's 2021, for goodness sake!

I'm a single older woman with an older motorhome with a Cummins Diesel engine, and "hat's off" to the Coach Care Team. Garrett and Troy were something special. The concern, care and listening to what I was concerned about was refreshing. I have a 1995 Safari Serengeti which was built in nearby Harrisburg, and both Garrett and especially Troy who was part of building the Safari, were very knowledgeable of the motorhome and the engine. Right then I knew I was in the best place to have my questions and concerns addressed with my engine and turbo. This Cummins dealership is truly a "Coach Care" conscious dealership. In 26 years, I have been in many Cummins dealerships across the United States, and this one, is at the top of the list. Years of experience counts in so many ways, and one that is so knowledgeable of Coach Care, I would definitely make an appointment if you want your questions and concerns answered. Also, they explained the choices on what was necessary to repair and what could wait. Very concerned with costs and safety

Took my motorhome generator problem here after Oregon Motorcoach Center cost me $500 telling me nothing was wrong with it. The crew at Cummins jumped right in and figured out it was the motherboard and now it runs like new! Cummins took care of contacting my Insurance co.and doing all the paperwork for me. I wish I would have found Cummins before I went and wasted $500 at Oregon Motorcoach Center.

Had trouble trying to get an inspection sheet before service and after. If I would have had one I could have saved them time and me money. Make sure you tell them what motor oil and Trans fluid, radiator fluid you have in your motorhome or find out what they are using. Spoke with manager and he wants me to come back to make things right. I said I would after I come back from vacation.

ONAN generator.Luke in the service department went above and beyond helping me with my generator issues. I had found a piece of plastic in my oil pan when I changed it and called in to question them about the possibility of it being an important internal part. Luke wanted a picture of the broken piece which I sent him via text and he was able to talk to a service technician and they determined that it was not likely that the part in question came from an internal part in the generator. It must have fell in from an external source. Thanks so much Luke, you put my mind at ease and saved me thousands of $$$! Mike
