All the employees are very lazy and work by the hour, so they spend a lot of time on each job. To change the sensor on my truck. They ruined my whole day.

Today I had the horrible experience of being behind one of your driver men. He cut me off and after I hit my brakes he stopped to roll his window and flip me off. I honked at him I am a 63 year old black man who has earned my license to drive. He then yelled out his window the n word. He was a tall looking fella with a nice beard. Of course he was white.

Great experience at this shop, very nice people..
I got to this shop at 4 pm on Saturday and they close at 5 pm, I had a check engine lights on and DEF leak (derate to 55mph) they took me and stayed open late to get me back on the road..

Took truck in for multiple issues. Truck was there for 6 weeks. Got less than 200 miles from shop and a wheel seal went out. Was told by their “partner” dealership(Medford,OR) that it was not due to anything they had done when replacing the disc brakes. Outright lie by them, but replaced the seal under warranty. Got to San Francisco, and the seal was leaking again. Sent an email to Laura about this issue and have yet to hear back about it. Dealership in San Francisco tore down that hub and found that the tone ring is rusted out. This is after Coburg doing the brakes and rotors on the drives. They replaced the tone rings on the rear axle, but not the front axle. Now, I’m broke down again waiting on parts that should have been replaced by Coburg. Also, the ABS sensor is damaged from the tone ring being rusted. All of this is obvious damage that the tech should have seen considering he had to remove the hubs when replacing the rotors. And of course, there is no recourse to these shops that do sub par work. Six weeks in the shop, and now, I am down for another week waiting on more parts.
And, the truck is under warranty, but would not help with getting the RO reworded to get a few items covered that should have absolutely been covered.
Absolutely disgusted about this and no response from them on this.
They’re only getting 2 stars because the tech did do a good job on my alignment and clutch.

slow overcharge and they treat some truck drivers/ owners like trash , just go 3/4 a mile north to kenworth shop , you get your truck fixed in a timely manner and get treated with respect .

Not sure of the quality of the work yet as we are still waiting. We dropped off a 2023, Class A RV with a Frieghtliner Chasse at 7a.m. for a "Look over" and fluid top off before a long trip. Upon drop off they said it would be ready same day before close. No problem. They closed and didn't tell us vehicle was not ready. At 6pm, we scrambled to find a place to stay. Next morning, they said it would be ready by noon. At 2 pm, still waiting. We don't even know what we are waiting for?!?!?!We understand things take time, there is just Zero communication. Laura the receptionist is nonrespibsive.

Needed a component for a Thomas built school bus as it is made by Daimler trucks north America this Freightliner location had the parts I needed to minimize downtime.Had a M2 chassis for an oil change and had it done at this location. I can't believe it took them 4 hours to do so, no explanation only excuses.
