“I sent in questions regarding a paint issue we had. Samuel at Miller's answered my questions online. The reply was very timely and the suggestions were in detail!
We went to Miller's today and Dennis was so helpful! He took the time to explain the paint products we were interested in, and helped us pick out a color for our door. And, Dennis took everything out to your vehicle! It's part of the service you get at Miller's.
We'll never get paint at a big box store again, we're sold on the knowledge and service at Miller's!”

“I went in to the Springfield store to purchase 10 gal. paint earlier in the week and the store employee,( I forget his name) kindly let me know the the paint I was about to buy that day could be purchased later for less and gave me an option that actually cost them money! The paint could be bought a few days later, at a significant discount if I was willing to wait another few days or I could purchase it now at today's going price.
So I went back later that week to purchase the paint again, saving me $400! Appreciate their honesty and give me the choice when to buy to save the most!.

“Very helpful staff. I went in without doing much research (wouldn't recommend that part) but the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.They have respirators and masks if you need, easy paint remover and lots of tools you might need.”
