I have never had a better experience at a dealership, we told Chris what we wanted and he found us the perfect trailer for our family. Matt made the financing a painless process and Pat from the service department showed us everything we needed know about our first camp trailer, we will certainly be back when we’re ready to upgrade!

Purchase of our 2022 OPUS 4 has been nothing but a nightmare. Regret buying it every day. We ordered our trailer Spring 2021 and it was supposed to be ready for pick up July 2021. We received it October 2021 - mind you not even the trailer we actually ordered because they had submitted our order form incorrectly. Even then, we were still missing the storage cover and the cinema system and the door had a large scratch in it. My gut told me it was mistake to take it but my husband and I were so looking forward to taking it on our cross country trip the next month. It took us over a year (and many calls and emails) to get those missing items. I just feel like RV Country was just out to take our money and once the sale went through they washed their hands of us. The unit never inflated properly - we always had to hold the pump hose into the tent for it to inflate which was a PITA. OPUS videos boast it being set up in 8 minutes - what a joke. We opened it up Spring 2023 from storage and a seam had leaked - floor rotted out and the tent is full of mold. Repairs are so extensive that they can't be completed on the east coast. OPUS couldn't accept the trailer for repairs until now (Fall 2023) because they were moving their factory. We've had to chase them to try and get any answers, let alone actually arrange for transport. The real kick in the teeth is that the repairs are covered under warranty but it's up to us to get it to California....and they are quoting us $7000 for transport!!!! This thing has been a nightmare from day one. I don't recommend RV Country or OPUS.

Bought my Grand design solitude here 4 years ago with a service contract. Tried to get scheduled here to get 4 items repaired on my RV. We full time and they would not accomodate us over night and could only fix 2 items in one day, or so I was told. The service contract that I bough told me to goto the dealer I bought the rv at for service or travel 40 plus miles from the dealer to get coverage. Do not buy a service contract from this dealer if you full time as you will be restricted and denied service here if you have more than two items to be repaired. My contact person at this dealer ship was Tiffany in service.

We stopped in to check out a couple of trailers and floor plans we had been looking. At. Chris knew exactly what he had in stock and cared to listen to our needs and throw in suggestions here and there. We left wanting to look at a couple other floor plans and ended up deciding on the one we initially looked at and wanted to go back and buy from him. Matt the sales a manager and Will in finance worked with us and showed us the best options for us, helped us with our trade and made sure we left feeling valued, great experience and if you’re looking at a grand design definitely recommend these guys! TOP NOTCH!

In my experience, having been there a couple of times, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. One visit we rolled in just before closing, and the salesperson very cheerfully showed us what we came to see and answered our questions without making us feel rushed. I wish I could remember her name. If we decide to go with one of the manufacturers they represent, we would be willing to drive the just over two hours needed to purchase from them. I only gave 4 stars because I haven't experienced the actual sales and finance part there.

The salesmen are great and finance is fantastic but the Service Department was really bad. Our trailer wasn’t fixed when we picked it up. They forgot to order parts and here we are a month and a half later and we still can’t use our trailer and they still don’t have the parts in. The said that they fixed a major problem and they didn’t. Two of our prepaid/pre planned events wasted.

I would NEVER buy from these people again. The sales people only want your money , they don't care about getting the right R.V. for you ! I bought a brand new toy hauler from them 13 months ago. I have only been in possession of it for 3 months , the other 10 months it has been in the shop to fix 3 little issues...the t.v. , the toilet leaked and the rear gate seal leaked . I have been lied to , given the run around and have had horrible customer service. To date everything still has not been fixed , going on 11 months now. I have talked to the corporate office in San Jose ca. , the regional manager in Oregon, still no satisfaction.this has been an absolute nightmare.

3 stars is that I understand people need to make a living but they also shouldn't exaggerate service promises. Well, we felt like the sales people were there for us but that could also be that they really just wanted to sell us a RV, who knows right. We knew there was a issue with the tank heater and it was decided in the sale they would repair it, great! During the sales process we were told we would get into the service department faster because we bought from them, sounded great right! So the service department did their said leak tests on the tanks before we picked up the RV. then we did a final walk through on day of pick up, that went ok found some small thing's broken & had the guy write them down to be fixed. They said the heat pad items are on order so they will contact us when to come in to get the item's installed, hey great because we're thinking this will be taken care of in a timely manner after the parts are in because of the we will put you first customer service promise. So now it's been a month now from day of pick up, so we called the Service department to see if the part was in. First a lady answered and said oh let me see and we hear this typing like we're supposed to think she's looking it up but it's only a recording and it keeps typing and typing and typing and typing and finally someone answers when we ask "is someone there?" Then a guy comes on "oh yeah, we just got it yesterday". So, the soonest they can get us in is 2 months from now and then they need the RV for 2 more weeks! . Seems obvious now to have set up the appointment when they order the part, like for 2 month out and if the part hadn't gotten in yet at that point rescheduled. I mean really am I supposed to be the one to bring all this up? Oh yeah I'm supposed to be customer service and I'm the customer. So they said the reasoning they can't get us in sooner is because this is their peak season, ok. We asked them to give us a call if they can fit us in sooner and they said they would, we'll see, and I will update this post when more happens. Im so hoping they redeem them selves, I just feel when someone spends this kind of money it should be better, but we will see. I really do have hope that the company will work things out for us, I hope it can be taken care of sooner rather than later

Paid in full for new generator and installation in late April. It's now mid June. Today is our fourth visit to try to get it installed properly and functioning. Will update star rating if they do it right today!2 days later: nice folk working hard to figure out how to install and properly exhaust this new generator. They've called other professional(s) for counsel and we have full confidence they will succeed. Meanwhile we must find full-service campsites.
