  Our family recently purchased an rv from the team at Bobby Comb’s Coburg. A 2023 class c, sight unseen. Lightly used recertified forest river forester 2501. We had been on a months long west coast search for a specific model and they had a perfect match. Chance in sales, was easy to reach and was always quick to reply. Conchita in finance, was on a family vacation and was still able to work us a great deal. Scotty the GM was also top notch! He personally delivered the rv to us in Bend. Thrilled with the rv. We love it!!!

  Wow. I can’t say enough good things about Bobby Combs RV. Scotty and Chance are masters of customer service. They took the extra time to answer every question I had. I appreciate that they still value the customer and want to make the purchasing experience pleasant. I highly recommend them.

  This is the first review I have ever done and it is worth doing a review. A couple of months ago we were looking for a trailer, we stopped at Bobby Combs RV center and so happy we did! The trailer is beautiful but what was outstanding was the customer service we received. Scott went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The experience was beyond any we have had. From entering the lot to after the signing of the paperwork. If you want the best experience and be happy with your purchase, definitely go to Bobby Combs RV center in Coburg.

  Very pushy and didnt listen to our needs despite informing them multiple times on what we wanted. Specific trailer in mind and still refused to acknowledge it and tried selling us multiple other models that wouldnt fit our needs. Went to rv country instead. Much more friendly staff and folks that actually cared about what we needed.

  I have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL customer service every time I go to BCRVC!! I’m a new RV owner and have been to a few different places with my “newby”questions and concerns and not one them have been as helpful, honest and genuinely concerned about my needs as they have. Caring and knowledgeable staff is clearly all they hire here and for that I will go nowhere else!
