“My car's new battery would be dead every morning. So I took it to James, who had previously attempted to help me fix it over the phone. Of course we couldn't duplicate the problem, even though they kept my car for 4 days to see if it would act up again. Of course it didn't but James helped me check my fuses, kept my car safe for 4 days s (I was out of town anyway), and was an honest enough man to confess they couldn't find anything, didn't try and make something up, and did not charge me one red cent. If a company is willing to go to those lengths ands not even bill me for diagnostics.. Gave me some solid advice on what to look for, and politely wished me good day. I can't believe it took 39 years to find a shop that wasn't always trying to sneak in something . They have earned my loyalty!”

“Our tire pressure light came on as we were leaving Oregon and passed this shop and quickly went back. The gentleman working told me to pull the car up..He quickly gauged and put air in all tires and told me I was good to go..No waiting just super quick. Afterwards I went to give him some money and he wouldn't take it so I told him just buy some lunch then..He laughed and finally took.it.This place was great very honest and very nice that's hard when it comes to anything where an automotive has to go. “Toyota told me I had a leak in one of my tires on my RAV4 and when they didn't have time to fix it, I took it to Point S. They were very friendly and helpful the moment I walked through the door. Not only were they helpful, but determined there wasn't a leak. They removed a nail that was stuck in it (Toyota didn't even do that) and discovered it was fine after that. While they could've charged me or have been dishonest about the whole thing, they were upfront and showed me for a fact there wasn't a leak in the tire. I will definitely be returning to them for service in the future.”

“I, a 22 year old female, found myself driving on the freeway with a completely flat tire not far from Nagees. I nagivated to a lot behind his shop and gave him a call as I was confused about if the shop even existed and was unable to drive my car at all. He walked to the back and immediately helped me where my car was located so I didn’t have to drive on it more and got it done quick, helped me (I’m clueless) understand why my tire had gone flat and ensured that I fixed the issue there and gave me a great price on my new tires and my rim repair. “I wish I wasn’t so embarrassed to take a before photo, I mean 2 toddler, a farm, weekly trips to the beach with shoes full of sand dumped in my car, monthly long road trips with so many crumbs from meals eaten in the car you could make an entire thanksgiving feast, and add a ton of fine dirt from all our central oregon rockhounding trips had me at the point of just not even wanting to begin dealing with this beast of a car. This place was amazing, like seriously, my car is clean in places I didn’t recently realize were dirty until I saw them clean, it’s cleaner than it was when I bought it new! I did a full detail inside and out. Everyone I spoke with was beyond friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had to reschedule and make pick up changes and they never missed a beat! “My husband and I purchased some tires from Lou about 8 years ago, and while they were being put on our van we visited with Lou. He told us about his plans for his business. Over the years we watched the company move locations and grow. A year ago we decided we need another car, we started looking for a good one. Funny thing was that the Dealerships could all get us financed but only for a New car. I didn’t want a new car or a huge payment, so we waited and saved some. Then I remembered Lou, looked him up and three days later left in my new to me car. Super easy, no up selling, and they lost to what my needs were. There are a few minor issues with the car, it they are ordering the parts and making it right. Would definitely recommend them.”

“I recently moved here from out of state & went to Les Schwab for a new set of tires after hearing good things about them. It was extremely easy to make an appointment online. I went in, told them I had an appointment, and they took my car in almost right away. I also scheduled an alignment because I heard it was recommended when getting new tires. I figured it might take a few hours based on past experiences with car maintenance, but they were much faster than I expected. I think it took a little over an hour for everything. When my car was ready, they went over everything with me. It turned out that my alignment was already pretty good. They said they tweaked it a tiny bit, but it wasn’t enough labor for them to charge me for it. I’m a younger woman that’s naive when it comes to vehicles and I worry about getting taken advantage of. I thought it was really honest of them and it meant a lot to me. They could’ve easily charged me for it and I honestly wouldn’t have questioned it. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted online, so I thought that was awesome. However, when my car was ready & I went to leave, something sounded really weird. I knew something was wrong. I immediately went back inside and let them know that it was running weird and making a strange noise. At this point, the place was pretty busy & I started to panic a little bit thinking something happened while it was being worked on. They were super apologetic and were willing to take another look at it because they didn’t feel comfortable sending me off with an issue that wasn’t there when I arrived. I can’t believe how kind & efficient they were in addressing the issue. Every employee seemed extremely busy, but they prioritized me and got my car back into a bay almost right away. It ended up being a very simple issue with the placement of some kind of rubber piece. I can’t exactly remember its function. It felt like they identified the problem & fixed it in an instant! I talked to a very nice gentleman after and he explained what the issue was. He even drew a diagram to help me understand. I went to leave & my car ran great! The tires felt good. The alignment felt good. Everything went incredibly smooth. I will obviously have to wait and see how the tires hold up, but I’m very happy with the service I received. I talked to three different men and a woman during my appointment & they were all very welcoming, caring & helpful. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, and they seem to really care about their customers. I highly recommend this location! I will definitely visit again if I need any future tire maintenance :)”

They said it’s a courtesy fix, no charge even though it was not a Les Schwab tire purchase. They had it done in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Amazing service. Highly recommend, and will be buying tires and having them take care of my tire needs in the future.”
