“My car's new battery would be dead every morning. So I took it to James, who had previously attempted to help me fix it over the phone. Of course we couldn't duplicate the problem, even though they kept my car for 4 days to see if it would act up again. Of course it didn't but James helped me check my fuses, kept my car safe for 4 days s (I was out of town anyway), and was an honest enough man to confess they couldn't find anything, didn't try and make something up, and did not charge me one red cent. If a company is willing to go to those lengths ands not even bill me for diagnostics.. Gave me some solid advice on what to look for, and politely wished me good day. I can't believe it took 39 years to find a shop that wasn't always trying to sneak in something . They have earned my loyalty!”

“I, a 22 year old female, found myself driving on the freeway with a completely flat tire not far from Nagees. I nagivated to a lot behind his shop and gave him a call as I was confused about if the shop even existed and was unable to drive my car at all. He walked to the back and immediately helped me where my car was located so I didn’t have to drive on it more and got it done quick, helped me (I’m clueless) understand why my tire had gone flat and ensured that I fixed the issue there and gave me a great price on my new tires and my rim repair. I was new to the area and completely alone, knowing no one in Oregon. The Nagees car shop made me feel safe and I forever appreciate the workers help in my desperate time of need.”

“I wish I wasn’t so embarrassed to take a before photo, I mean 2 toddler, a farm, weekly trips to the beach with shoes full of sand dumped in my car, monthly long road trips with so many crumbs from meals eaten in the car you could make an entire thanksgiving feast, and add a ton of fine dirt from all our central oregon rockhounding trips had me at the point of just not even wanting to begin dealing with this beast of a car. This place was amazing, like seriously, my car is clean in places I didn’t recently realize were dirty until I saw them clean, it’s cleaner than it was when I bought it new! I did a full detail inside and out. Everyone I spoke with was beyond friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had to reschedule and make pick up changes and they never missed a beat! We will be repeat customers for sure!!”

“My husband and I purchased some tires from Lou about 8 years ago, and while they were being put on our van we visited with Lou. He told us about his plans for his business. Over the years we watched the company move locations and grow. A year ago we decided we need another car, we started looking for a good one. Funny thing was that the Dealerships could all get us financed but only for a New car. I didn’t want a new car or a huge payment, so we waited and saved some. Then I remembered Lou, looked him up and three days later left in my new to me car. Super easy, no up selling, and they lost to what my needs were. There are a few minor issues with the car, it they are ordering the parts and making it right. Would definitely recommend them.”

“My tire had a nail and a slow leak in it so I took it into the E 18th Les Schwab location. They greeted me in the rain and took my tire while I went to the counter to pay. They said it’s a courtesy fix, no charge even though it was not a Les Schwab tire purchase. They had it done in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Amazing service. Highly recommend, and will be buying tires and having them take care of my tire needs in the future.”
