My husband is a truck driver and this place has the rudest personal ever. Glares at customers, don’t do anything when an employee is very rude to a customer. And do not get me started with the restaurant there. If you do not have to stop here I wouldn’t. This place needs a serious overhaul on employees and Corporate needs to investigate this place under cover. Or this TA needs to be shut down. Something needs to happen here and fast so other customers do not have to go through with what my husband and I’m sure other customers had to like they are trash.

If I could give 0 I would but alas google will only let me do 1… the terrible is shitty I was on hold 3 times trying to call an attendant for over 3 minutes till I got to voicemail tried the manager got voicemail immediately, tried to shower 3 different times this week 1rst time their showers were closed at 9 due to an employee not being there then the second time their showers were closing in 10 minutes and they couldn’t take card at all, now I come in again today and the entire store is closed but the doors are open with SEVERAL employees standing around doing nothing and when I try to go inside I’m met with a very rude “we’re closed” and got about 5 more times from another employee. Safe to say this is the WORST truck stop I’ve EVER been to, they are NOT open 24 hour like advertised and just overall have shitty customer service I hope they can get their shit together soon as all the other stops are HOURS away

No showers available because because they are broke down. Says something about management and staff now that it is a company store. Grab your money and run. No benefit to fuel at TA.

7am weekday and no access to a shower because you have no employees!and the lady at the counter don’t want you to go look if they are clean or pay anyway to have a shower!!!
What type of TA are you turning to be ?
We stop and pay 18$ for a parking specially to have a shower !

Unfortunately this truck stop is yet another example of the post Covid mindset that couldn't care less about customer service. The showers here are only open during bankers hours! If you are planning on getting a shower here outside of 9 to 5 you better guess again. I won't return.

Let me just say in the last 7 years I have been to truck stops all over the country. More then I could even try to count. I do not drive a truck, I am a passenger in my boyfriends truck. But I do take showers and i have never been told NO. I have been to places that are shut down for repairs or being fixed but I have never been told no I could not buy a shower until tonight. They said it is closed from 10pm to 10 am per management. No reason just turned off.. people on power trips sucks! And shouldn't work with customers. Cause I dont think so. I come here almost weekly. My car is parked down the street so when we come through I can go shopping and do laundry and shower. I usually grab a shower late at night while my boyfriend is sleeping. I asked the guy if it was just me that he didnt want to let shower for whatever reason. he said no that they are turned off. Its a weekend why would they be turned off? I dont believe him. I had my boyfriend go out of his way to stop and shut down here. Now I am stuck with no shower and with his scheduled stops and pick up times im out a shower for a couple days. I won't make this mistake again theres a Loves in Albany and they are awesome! Never rude to me or my boyfriend. I guess I need to adjust our routine and move my car there. If you have the option just go there.

Easy to get in and out which is a plus. Unfortunately, the deli food is almost never available – deli case and roller are usually empty. Pumps and pump islands are dirty and look like they haven’t been washed in a long time. There’s never water in the windshield cleaning buckets, and the squeegees are broken and dirty. On the bright side, the store itself is well stocked and it looks like the only consistent effort is from whoever is keeping up with the trash outside.

Lowest price gas in the Eugene area at the Arco, and a drive-thru McDonalds in the same parking lot. Very conviently located right on and off of I-5 north and south.

The guy cleaning the showers is a smart ass. When he came back from lunch the shower line was backed up. He threw a little bit of a tantrum because someone made a comment to him about it. He said that we weren't going to have these problems when self-driving trucks take over. He said he can't wait until that happens. He also made a remark about truck drivers leaving the showers filthy. I can't remember everything he said during his tantrum. He then told me I needed to leave the shower area even though that is the only place that has a monitor with a shower line. He told me I had to go wait in the driver's lounge which does not have a shower waiting list.

The staff here is fantastic! They may need a groundskeeper because there’s a lot of litter in the far reaches of the property, but you can really tell that the employees care about the customers!

This place has changed since I was there last a few years ago. There used to be a much larger food selection. Doesn't seem as nice as it used to.
