The lady who works here was so friendly she made me feel like I’ve known her years. It was the best customer service experience I’ve had in years! The grounds were well kept and clean including the bathroom. The prices were very reasonable which is important during the holidays.

What an amazing experience for a storage facility. Jenna was so sociable, professional and warm. We had such a good time rimenising on our Yellowstone park days. She made a bad day very calm and comfortable. 10/10. Great deals and professional service at Columbia City Storage.

Just rented a unit to winter our boat, and was pleasantly surprised by such kind and helpful customer service. It’s not every day you meet someone so genuinely kind and friendly. Not a bit of sales pressure either. We got an excellent deal compared to other quotes we’ve received, and feel good about the overall experience. Highly recommended!
