“Best Auto parts store in coos bay/Northbend hands down, been coming here for years and will continue. Always a great atmosphere at the front counter everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful and customer service is a 10/10. One thing that's nice is to see someone make a measurement and pull out a catalog and help you find a part instead of being a zombie on the computer screen like every other store and when you tell them what vehicle you have and the part your after they hear you the first time.”
“Very helpful folks been cleaning up my sisters property and was told to bring the metal to dump cause there was no recycling close by. I decided to look for myself and found shinglehouse. They took all my metal and they paid me and found out the dump sells there metal to them. Super nice folks since I was clueless to process they walked me thru it no problem. Highly recommend.”
“I received my second big help at this place. The first time, while camping in Florence, I had trouble due to tire damage and came here late on a weekend afternoon, where I got quick maintenance and tire repair. This time, I returned because of a battery issue, purchased a new battery, and had it replaced. I received very fast and friendly service from the staff member, Allen. Compared to other Walmart Auto Centers, the kindness here is many times greater. When you purchase a new battery, they handle the replacement, and the recycle refund fee for the old battery is deducted as the installation cost.
This is a highly recommended place.”

“These guys are freaking awesome!!! Had a brand new trailer, purchased from another dealer back home, and the awning broke in a way that shouldn't have happened while at the dunes. There we were stuck with the awning out and hanging broken. Called these guys and they went out of their way to track down a solution to help me get home. And did everything they could to make sure it worked. Not my first experience with these great people but definitely wonderful once again!! Thanks Tom!!!!”
