They have helped family whose vehicle had issues when they were visiting from out of state and they needed to get home. “Brian (owner/operator) did an amazing job in my Subaru Forester today! He ran a check on my AC system and recharged the Freon for me! Then…he saved my life by alerting me to the fact that I was driving on 4 tires of death! Each had big cracks in the sidewalls and were totally unsafe to drive on. I took it to a tire place and replaced them all! Thanks, Brian and team! You guys absolutely rock!”
“Thump up for the service indeed. My new hybrid CRV had a rough engine idle and it kept shaking really bad until I booked the car for the service here to have them inspected. So far, they found that two injectors were leaking pretty bad and requested for a replacement under warranty which cost zero for us and they also provided a loan car for us without asking much. Moreover, they also changed the engine oil due to possible oil dilution too, very thoughtful .Now I have my car back and so far so good. No problem just yet. Good job guys.”
“I highly recommend this place. My GMC 1ton dually truck kept on blowing out the cold air intake turbo tube. Proven Performance was my 3rd attempt to get the problem properly fixed. They fixed the problem! I've used the truck hard, pulling a 16,000 lb LQ on Hwy 101 between Coos Bay, OR and Orick, CA. The truck is running great.”
“On the road one doesn’t want to deal with problems. We had a tire needing replacement and were 200 miles away from home. On my second call for help I reached Farwest and very glad I did. No, he did not have the size but it would be waiting for me the next day at 2 PM. Taking my name and phone number he confirmed the appointment. I drove into town at the appointed time handed the guy behind the counter and sat down for 40 minutes and presto it all worked smoothly. Great service great staff I couldn’t ask for more. Took a load off my stress level.”
“We are in town from Idaho and the Sunroof on my car was not closing - as you can imagine there’s water everywhere. I called Samuel’s and they squeezed me right in and got it closed even though the tech was about to leave town. They went above and beyond and are so kind! Im so appreciative and will definitely schedule any future needs with them for when we are back!”
“I am a huge fan of Tom & Gigs! I have taken vehicles there a few times and been very satisfied. My truck has spent the last month there but almost all of that time was waiting on parts. Total bill was about 10k but about 7k was on parts. They were able to find some pretty significant problems and went above and beyond to make sure my truck will run well for years to come. Specific kudos to Josh and Tim but my interactions with everybody were fantastic. I stopped by to grab something from it and Tim showed me specific problems they found. Josh was my main point of contact and did a great job communicating what they were working on. I highly recommend and will be back there next time my vehicles need some love.”

“If I could give ten stars I would. Tom's Tire Pros are absolutely amazing! I had to replace two hard to find tires on my vintage motor coach. Not only does Tom's Tire Pros have excellent stock and access to hard to find tires, but the entire Staff are awesome! Tom took care of me himself and spent the extra time to help me understand everything in the Warranty. Tom's Tire Pros is the one place I will go to in Coos Bay Oregon for the foreseeable future. “Had a branch fall on our windshield while chaining up at a rest stop during an ice storm. We decided to come back home to have them install a new windshield. They did an absolutly terrific job! The technician has a CDL so he could move the truck around and every person was professional and very friendly. The yellow Labrador Retriever that greeted us was a huge sweetheart too. Their work was detailed and the windshield looked perfect when we picked the truck up. The entire feel of C.J.'s is of a warm, small town business and we are very happy we came home to hire them. The one star I took off is because when we paid ( in full) for the windshield with a business debit card, a "hold" was placed on our card for double the amount. Although they were paid, we had to wait six days for this to drop off. They informed us it happens occasionally however literally having double the amount you paid taken out of your account for six days is unacceptable. Perhaps they could warn customers that "they don't know how", but they will be paying twice, at least for six days. Other than that rather disturbing issue, this place does fabulous work and we highly recommend them!”

“Been coming to Metric Motorworks for years. Recently I had an issue with my Mini constantly overheating, right before I was about to leave town on a cross country trip. Thankfully they were able to work me in. Not only fixed the broken expansion tank, diagnosed an alternator issue, and replaced the battery but noted and replaced a wheel bearing that was failing. Great shop and great staff!Service: Auto maintenance”
“Can't say enough about the place! Didn't look like much at first, but, I haven't ever gotten better service in my life! They had me diagnosed and my car back on the same day for a heating control issue and the price was more than fair! I highly recommend them. I will use no other from now on.”
“I broke down while on vacation by myself in Coos Bay. Thankfully I have AAA and they called Morin's to tow my car to Roseburg. Tina was the driver and did a great job getting it over there. I'm so impressed with her driving skills especially getting into a tight spot to drop the car off. I am in awe of her skill and thankful for how friendly and encouraging she was to me. “I received my second big help at this place. The first time, while camping in Florence, I had trouble due to tire damage and came here late on a weekend afternoon, where I got quick maintenance and tire repair. This time, I returned because of a battery issue, purchased a new battery, and had it replaced. I received very fast and friendly service from the staff member, Allen. Compared to other Walmart Auto Centers, the kindness here is many times greater. When you purchase a new battery, they handle the replacement, and the recycle refund fee for the old battery is deducted as the installation cost.
This is a highly recommended place.”

“Ken is amazing! My car broke down in Coquille and I got it towed to them after being told by Les Schwab that they don't do anything with engines. My radiator cracked and they fixed everything. The next day I had my car back! It wasn't super expensive and I felt like Ken actually cares about his customers. My car wouldn't start Tuesday and I called Ken to see if I could drop it off there. I live down the street and I know he's super busy, but he said he will try to squeeze me in. It's not an emergency, and thankfully I am using my fiancees truck. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out. I'm never going back to Les Schwab again. They fixed my starter and had it ready for me the day after I brought it in!”
