Even though they were completely booked they fit us in before we hit the road in our motorhome. They were very thorough and gave us a lot of good advice. Would definitely recommend and go back again. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Thanks team Bayshore!

Emailed while we were on the road traveling to the area. Not expecting a returned email as it was the weekend. Needed a quick turnaround as we were only in the area for a few days. Received an email in response during the weekend and they were able to fit us in before we left town. Great service and communication!

I highly recommend bayshore auto. Very honest and good people. There was some miscommunication which caused some frustration. They made right on the miscommunication and took the hit on the chin. (Many hours in labor on the house). This is very hard to do as a small business when the margins are small. Very honorable and I hope more people go to them for this reason. Strong work James and Andy!

Very high prices. Given several extremely silly high quotes today. Have taken car elsewhere for half the price and better service. Today not only did they give us crazy quote for service which we declined, then they recommended $1600 for new AC which we had replaced a couple yrs ago for $750 AND IS WORKING JUST FINE. They put on a topper for us a few years ago and ground through new Toyota truck because it was cockeyed and they drilled down to metal. Just sayin’…. By the way, truth in advertising—
estimates are NOT free. They are overpriced and made up.
Update: my husband fixed the trunk motor latch for $24.95 part and 15 minutes of his time. Quote for this from Bayshore was $438–see what I mean?

Absolutely outrageously high quote for 2 minor repairs. We have had work done here at high prices with problem returning after 1 year after master electric panel replaced—same old problems. We are nice people and didn’t blame them. But…this time such a rip off! We were charged $226 for an “estimate.” We did not allow them to do the 2 minor repairs for just under $1000. Cannot recommend at all.

Wasted my time twice in a row, took guesses at what was wrong on two different issues and did absolutely nothing to verify if what they guessed was correct. Had to go to a different shop on one of the issues (who figured out the issue quickly) and the second one is still not resolved

Andy, my customer advocate, treated me with respect and professionalism. He always kept the lines of communication open. I'm very pleased with the timeliness and the quality of the work they performed for me, and the price was definitely right as well. While traveling we developed an exhaust manifold leak on our Ram truck. We called on a Monday and James worked us in on Wednesday. He got the parts and repaired it the same day!! And he even waited for us to pick it up past closing so we didn’t have to rent a car another day. Such great service!! Thank you James! Truck runs so quiet now. And we’re getting better gas mileage too. If we lived in the area we would definitely use Bayshore Auto again.

I used their services while traveling in oregon about a year ago. The staff were extremely knowledgeable in helping me pick out new and upgraded parts for my vehicle to handle the mountain roads I planned on driving. Since then, I can say my vehicle has tested some pretty extreme conditions with no further issues thanks to their amazing work! They also helped me decide the best rooftop cargo carrier for my vehicle with great explanations and suggestions. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Coos Bay Area. They’ve helped me travel with confidence and reassurance that my vehicle can keep up with my crazy ideas! The work they did with the install was quick and organized. Would go back to them in the future if ever in the area again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !Daughter ***** took car to bayshore auto ripoff to have a battery drain down issue fixed.They could not figure out the issue. Month later says water pump and head gaskets are bad, she said repair it.Weeks later they call and say car is fixed $5009.22 total bill and that she has 1 WEEK to pickup car or they will get rid of it. YOU CAN'T DO THAT.Then we go to give them $4400 and balance to be paid in 4 days, and this tall guy ( calls himself the middle DOG ) just yelled at us for anything we asked.I ASKED TO SEE THE REPAIR ORDER BEFORE WE PAID $4400 TO SEE WHAT WAS DONE TO THE *** FOR 5K ? This MIDDLE DOG just yelled and told us we CANNNOT SEE THE REPAIR ORDER UNTIL IT'S PAID FOR.THIS IS NOT A LEGIMATE REPAIR SHOP, it is a ripoff place if I have ever seen one !DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A******* !

We stopped by because we had a problem with our RV while on vacation. The valve stem for the rear tires were been cut by the hubcap’s and I could get the hubcap off , They sent somebody outside and he kindly removed it for us and I safely secured in in the back of our coach . We had already had one flat tire and lost one hub cap because of this problem earlier so this was a great help and now we could travel without worrying about loosing air in the tires . They didn’t even charge us so I tipped the guy and left . Really nice folks and very professional! I would recommend them highly if you have problem with your RV ! Thanks again for your help!
