Had scheduled service performed (30K miles). Easy scheduling and a reasonable wait.

But, there is a long list of items on the Ford 30k service and they did not to do all of them. I had to insist on the recommended fuel filter change and tire rotation or these would not have been performed.
I pay the premium for factory recommended service at the dealer and expect premium service.
