We have a vacant home that has had no water usage for 3 months. We were charged over $200 dollars for said home. When we called they said all homes are charged a minimum fee of $89.99, even if there is no usage.

The worst. They know they’ve got you and take tons of money for sewer and still don’t do their job protecting our water!!
And if you’re late once they start charging you after one day in future months. You get on a list that you can’t get off & it’s $100 every time.
