I appreciate Drew's Auto! They are always able to look at my vehicle's issue immediately. They have helped family whose vehicle had issues when they were visiting from out of state and they needed to get home. And, their prices are fair and reasonable, especially in comparison to some of the big name car places in town. They are absolutely worth checking out!

Drew’s Auto is my “go to shop”. He is honest, skilled and fair. I trust his work and that says a lot considering I’ve been in the automotive industry for over 40 years. Operating a one man shop is a challenge and with that said sometimes he gets back logged. Hopefully his helper stays with him and Drew can development him into a full fledged mechanic that can help manage the workload.

took my truck to Drew's (via referred by mutual friend) Not happy at all. he was to do a estimate and give me a call, after a week of not hearing from him, I called to find he ordered parts, then gave me an estimate. A week later, not a word again, so called again, to be told only three more days. that turned into 6 days and my having to go there to the shop and threaten to take my vehicle elsewhere, he said One more hour and it will be done. The project was to take 6-8 hours!! Picked up my truck, being charged for even more parts, that were not authorized. Wanting my truck, I paid to leave. I get home to find that he never put any antifreeze in the radiator, it was dry, but Yet, I was charged this awesome price of $34.98 for antifreeze. Not even sure why he drained the radiator, it was a job to replace timing cover, pulley and serpentine belts. Will be calling him when he opens tomorrow and let him know I was charged for something he didn't do and could have caused even more severe damage to my vehicle. two and half weeks for a day job.

So I took my Toyota in here for timing chain tensioners the guy took my vehicle, said he would get it sorted, I go a rent a car for two weeks don’t hear a word the entire time finally call him to ask how this were going with the vehicle and he informs me he has decided to decline doing the job, two weeks wasted 840$ out in rental car fees all to still have the issue I started with. Don’t waste your time here.

Brought in a 2000 Malibu leaking coolant like it was going outta style.. The guys got my LIM gasket replaced, fixed a small fuel leak and informed me of other potential issues they found along the way... all for less than HALF of what anyone else quoted me. Thanks Guys for getting me back on the road, I really appreciate yall!

Don't know why these guys aren't booked 5 months out because they are by far the best I've ever been to... It's a little perplexing, like a fisherman giving up his best fishing hole... Pretty soon they will be booked 5 months out 😉

We had an unexpected issue with our car and these guys were able to get us in and out a lot quicker than most would in all of coos county! Thank you guys for helping us out so quickly!
