Justin helped me tirelessly through a painful phone replacement that took several days to finish, as I am homeless and had my phone stolen which was issued through a free phone program for the low income. He helped me all the way, including setting up my phone and even optimizing it for low data usage. I needed help and he really came through for me. Being homeless is hard, and we rarely get compassion but I got it from Justin and Cricket. Thank you!”
