I am not on the clock. I should not have more customer service than the cashier. If you don't like customer service then why work up front! Krystal at register 2 sucked! she was busy talking to the other clerk at the register. I felt like she's impatient waiting for me to pay as I bag my groceries. I am new to the state so I don't understand if you bring your own bags, they won't bag for you, but if you pay for them, they will?
I usually have great encounters shopping at Fred Meyers. The store is clean and well stock.

I do curbside here and the employees are very friendly and quick. They've also updated the store and coolers inside making it more modern and nicer looking.

They do a pretty good job for a full service department store
I prefer shopping here vs the other options in my community offering groceries, shoes, clothing, gardening and automotive supplies...
Good local location with easy entrance and exit right off of hwy 101 with plenty of parking for RV's and trailers of all sizes

Anthony was the worst checker I have ever had at a grocery store. Not only was he the slowest checker I have ever had, he clearly wasn’t wearing deodorant. Just a cloud of stench at the register.
Make sure the people touching my groceries have bathed in the past 24hrs, because this kid clearly hadn’t.

Kudos to the exceptional customer service team, including Aurora, Anastasia, and others, who consistently exhibit friendliness and compassion! The front-end checkers are notably pleasant and supportive. Regarding concerns: 1. The deli should update its frying oil, as its current state often leaves a rancid smell upon entering the store, affecting the taste of the chicken. Management has been advised to address this issue. 2. The restroom facilities require urgent attention. With only one disability stall and one regular stall, it's inadequate, especially for customers with disabilities. Visible black mold and an unpleasant odor contribute to an unsanitary environment reminiscent of a dirty truck stop. Renovation is imperative to enhance customer satisfaction and accessibility. 3. While the pharmacy staff is commendable for their kindness and assistance, the pharmacy itself is cramped and poorly lit. Kroger should consider renovating the space to improve both customer experience and staff working conditions.
