I received a pedicure from Kaitlyn, and I really must say, it was such a nice treat! :D She is super friendly and made my feetsies feel and look very nice. I normally never get pedicures, but I actually want to get more now because I am so happy with my experience here!
I also want to mention that the staff in general are super friendly. I will definitely be booking for more services here. :)

I just got a cut by Michael today and I think it’s safe to say hands down best experience i’ve ever had. Michael not only got my hair looking great but gave me tips on how to keep my curly hair looking great! Will continue to go back here regularly

Michael Aubrey is hands down the best barber I’ve ever had! His attention to detail, precision, and skill are top-notch, but what truly sets him apart is the experience he provides. Every time I sit in his chair, I know I’m going to walk out looking sharp and feeling confident.

Michael asked very thorough questions before the haircut started, to make sure I left with the haircut I wanted. I ended up leaving with the best burst fade and beard trim I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I decided to put some festive fun in my hair and was very nervous because I have always kept my hair natural other then one time of putting some fun color underneath my natural blonde. I have not had my hair done in years and was searching for a new hair dresser. I googled hair salons and The Hair Co. Caught my eye. It looked like a great place to check out. I arrived and was greated by my daughters hair dresser, Paige and she did an amazing job on her and was very friendly. She then introduced me to Indi and all she said was this way. I was shown the chair to sit in and I tired to make small talk. I showed her a picture of what I was trying to do and out some green and red stripes underneath of my hair. Keep in mind when I scheduled the appointment I told them I was wanting green and red and they said Indi would be a great stylist for my request. When I told Indi what colors I wanted she said she had to check and was a little caught off gaurd because the colors are not a usual choice. After searching she showed me some color choices and there was not the exact color I was hoping for but it seemed to be a very close option. She told me she would be right back after getting the colors ready. I sat for over 20 minutes in the chair waiting. When she came back she was completely silent. She proceeded to put the color in and when she was done she said now we let it sit. As she walked away I asked how long and she replied 20 to 30 minutes. After 35 minutes she finally came back and told me to go to the sink to rinse it out. And again I sat in utter silence as she rinsed it out and continued to wash my hair with ice cold water. We went back to her station and she trimmed it as I had asked for. I had to ask her to clean up my side bangs as she was going to leave them untouched. She then took the blow dryer and a little cream scrunched just the tips of my hair as I had asked for my hair to be styled with my natural curl. She claimed she has naturally curly hair and knew how to style it that way. She then handed me the mirror and asked what I thought of the color and the cut. It was still very wet like a wet dog. I said the color and cut looked fine, not what I was hoping for but it was OK. She started to take the cape off and I asked if she could style it. As I do feel if you go to a salon you should leave feeling good and not like a wet dog. She looked very frustrated and I simply asked if I could maybe get it straightened. Her response was it will take a long time but if you have time I guess I can. With her response having so much attitude I just replied with can you at least dry it. She dried it very reluctantly leaving my hair still damp when I left as she said it will just frizz out. I had to hold back tears looking at what she had done. It was nothing like what I had asked for and spent hours in silence feeling very uncomfortable. She told me it would be 150. I handed her 160 and she was very frustrated when I asked for my change. I was more then dissatisfied. It was the worst hair salon visit I have ever experianced.. I would recommend never going to this salon.

This is the spot to go for hair in Coos County. Straight up, they know what they are doing. A+ They aren’t cheap, and sometimes it takes a bit to get in there, but it’s worth it every time

I love that this is a safe entry business! Just moved to Coos Bay. The salon has clothing and accessories inside. Indi totally rocked my new haircut. I swear this was my BEST EVER salon haircut experience. She has a light magical touch. She did a bunch of highlights for me, tinfoil galore and not once did she yank, or pull on my hair. I literally fell asleep in the chair several times. I came in with a big huge heavy haircut. Definitely going back again! Will need to try the spa and provide an update on those services

Clean modern spot right here. Drove by and never knew thought about getting men's haircut in this type of place. Very grateful mike advertised his services on facebook. Have not utilized other services but has a good feeling atmosphere. Check out mike if you want a clean fade and trim.
Stylist: You struggling to find a good cut like you found in the big city?? Need attention to details and an eye for what looks good? Get out that wallet and give this guy your money! Mike is the best I've found around these parts. I was starting to believe my days of fresh cuts were as elusive as bigfoot but then happened upon him! I don't care much about my hair and such but i can just plop down after a long week and tell him i trust your decisions and he makes a masterpiece. Don't sleep on this one!!
