  Was a 4 day a week customer all summer and will never return to this place again. Staff is super rude, one guy is cool. Asked for a disposable 1 gram pen and he sold me a screw in cartridge. I walked out the door and saw it was not a disposable then went right back in and they would not exchange it. On top of it, there was not “thank you” for coming by or “hello how are you doing”. Had I got the guys name I would mention it, but shorter with a beard. I asked for some flower and since you can’t see the flower and have to read off a menu I asked for a couple recommendations and he looked at me like I was annoying him. I said I can’t read the menu and he shrugged and pulled a couple of the shelf. Because of this lame bud tender I will never go to this shop again. I won’t support business that have this type of customer service and there are plenty of other options around to go to. Good luck Herbal Choices in Coos Bay. Please hire some people that have manners and respect for customers. If I could give a negative 5 star review for this employee and experience I would.

  I have been to many dispensaries trying to not only find good medicine, but great and very knowledgeable people. Well I’ve finally found a dispensary Herbal Choices that offers the best of both. Top quality employees, very knowledgeable, and top quality products. This will always be my dispensary go to……Herbal Choices…..

  The lower end bud tastes harsh hurts your throat. I wish It had more flaver for the people who enjoy the flavor not the stone from it.also the last stuff I got seemed eh.I let it sit over knight in the container and tried it the next day.it was soaking wet tasted green an awful.i am tired of getting that tastes like old dusty found in a bag in a box after sitting for a few years.you can get cheap good tasting cookies why not the same with bud
