The motorcycle shop people are the worst. We went to another dealer to buy the 3 Hondas we wanted after they told us they can charge whatever they want. Dont get ripped off by this place.

Thump up for the service indeed. My new hybrid CRV had a rough engine idle and it kept shaking really bad until I booked the car for the service here to have them inspected. So far, they found that two injectors were leaking pretty bad and requested for a replacement under warranty which cost zero for us and they also provided a loan car for us without asking much. Moreover, they also changed the engine oil due to possible oil dilution too, very thoughtful .Now I have my car back and so far so good. No problem just yet. Good job guys.

I went in for a diagnosis of a p0336 code on my 2001 civic and a bunch of other work that they refused. All they did was test the three pins on the connector, which were good, and recommended me a new crankshaft position sensor, but refused to do the work due to "high mileage". I had someone else change the sensor, with a diagnosis from honda as my reasoning, and it didnt work.They charged me like $180 for that diagnosis. The real issue was something had fallen into my timing cover and broke a tooth off the crankshaft reluctor that the sensor reads for ignition timing. Apparently the guy that worked on my car retired like a month later or something, but I'd never take my car there again.

My father is in hospice and my car was supposed to be fixed a week ago. All I need is a new fusebox, a couple hundred or so and im being charged almost $700. I really don't feel good about this, the part should have been shipped already???
