So I feel blessed to have stopped in at monarch mini storage I needed a unit and upon arrival I was welcomed in by Don who is just super sweet and goes way above and beyond what he really has to do for anybody it was pouring rain and he set up a cover for me a tent thing I guess I would call it so I didn't have to get soaking wet I've never had anybody at a storage unit try to help me so much he helped unload the u-haul into my unit and has always offered a helping hand whenever I needed it his wife Lyn is such a super special and sweet lady I love her so much they actually made me feel like family out there so if you want somewhere to store your stuff and be treated like family this is the place to go

I am so glad that we chose monarch mini storage for our needs. They have been more than accommodating. They are constantly improving the units and the property. I have had no problems with pests or mold, a very clean unit. They are under construction and improving the units from what they were in the past, Customer service is above and beyond what You normally find. They have good fair rates. You can’t beat the security as security live on site and are constantly monitoring what is going on and who is coming and going! I know my stuff is safe there.

Absolute garbage! I do not recommend I had a unit here back when COVID hit and I was struggling to get my storage rent paid I had kept in contact with the owner which had told me she understood and as long as I let her know what was going on she would hang on to it i was 20 dollars shy of having the full amount and she refused to take it the next day when i had it she responded with its too late the trucks took everything to the dump and she sent me a location where it was. Most of what me and my 3 children had now is gone just ridiculous!

I have both a mailbox and a larger storage unit here and Eric and his great family are very nice. They go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I can't believe anyone would give them anything less than 5 stars.

Eric and his wife and family who run this place for the owners are so nice. They go the extra mile and are never rude. Such nice people. I have a mail box and a storage unit here and am so glad that there are such nice people here.

This place is truly run down. They say the units are heated, yet I have been there in the mornings and late evenings during cold weather and there is not heat on ever. The units smell musty so don't store anything you dont want to smell musty. The rent is also outrageous. The owner apparently lives in Portland and doesnt care a bit except for collecting rent. The latch on the unit I rented required me getting the site managers to come out and assist with sliding as it needs repair. I have had the unit 30 days and will be getting out as soon as possible. Do not rent from them. RB

This is one of the worst examples of professionalism I have come across in a long time The folks at monarch Mini storage are unclean, rude, and have zero customer service skills. Upon arriving to empty out my friends storage unit we pull up to the office and the first thing I notice is a sign in the office door that reads" WARNING PARVO IS ON PREMISES" the fact that this business is still in operation while having a parvo infestation is unethical and bad for business. They should be shut down until the parvo is gone

This is a horrible place to store and bring your valuables when you first go there you will not know if you are running from a storage facility or a dog pound the place is dirty and the people that run it are rude they charge way too much for a junkyard facility like that and even when they are paid in full and were served a notice of exit they still want an extra month's rent they never answer your phone calls until the 4th when they are expecting the full amount of rent and or a $25 late fee they are not professional people beware
