We’ve been shopping for Rv’s and related equipment with Porter’s for many years. This is a family owned and operated business. They have always treated us with respect and care. I wouldn’t consider shopping anywhere else.

Once we.made our selection, it didn't take long to ready it for us to come in take the class then we went home.
We loaded up the trailer and left Friday morning for our trip.to Eastern Oregon and Western Idaho. It worked great!

Wow customer service is on point! I was blown away when I walked in. Greeted by two lovely ladies ready to help me. A part broke on my toilet and I brought part in they took me right to the wall and found me the correct replacement. Then I was able to walk around and ended up purchasing way more items due to the fact they had some awesome stuff and extra goodies I want in trailer. They were so helpful especially since was a holiday weekend and they were committed to making sure we were taking care of. They forsure have my business when I’m in town at property. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a LP hose for my fireplace the Grey haired gentlemen at the parts & service counter and the technician were both very friendly and helpful

Very pleased with the service we received from Mark, Josh, and Wes. Mark took great care of our every next step. Josh constructed our smooth transfer from our old rv to our new rv. Wes helped with the little details. Thank you porters rv for your service to us by these three people. Mark, I’ve never had the best care from any sales person till you helped serve us! Thank you!

I saw the trailer we ended up purchasing on line and ended up going to take a look at it. When at the dealer we we're greeted by a technician who introduced us to Wes one of their sales people. Wes walked us to their inventory of used travel trailers and showed us the one I had seen online and the others that we're available, Wes was very knowledgeable about the product and informative, also very personable and polite. My wife and went home that afternoon discussing the price point/financing, condition and size of trailer and called Wes with what we considered a reasonable offer, Wes presented our offer and with very little negotiating we agreed on a deal. Porter's arranged financing through a credit union we've used prior and they delivered the trailer and we signed the paperwork one week later. The delivery process was excellent, one of their technician walked us around the trailer and explained operations of trailer and had the trailer and hitch set up for us and ready to go after we were through closing the deal, the technician was a nice polite young gentleman and also introduced us to their parts department personal who were very knowledgeable and helpful with some of the products the we needed to get. All personal that we had contact with were fantastic, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Poters rv to anyone looking to purchase, service or get parts, I will definitely be back.

Purchased our new camper from Porters. Josh was extremely helpful and patient, listening to what we wanted in a camper. Due to the large selection, it was in their inventory.
8 months later, We had warranty work completed by them. This workmanship far superceded the Manufactures quality. What a Great Staff !!!
