I highly recommend this place. My GMC 1ton dually truck kept on blowing out the cold air intake turbo tube. Proven Performance was my 3rd attempt to get the problem properly fixed. They fixed the problem! I've used the truck hard, pulling a 16,000 lb LQ on Hwy 101 between Coos Bay, OR and Orick, CA. The truck is running great.

I am a disabled veteran, and my truck was vandalized during the Veteran Stand Down Event, so I had it towed here. They found the cut wire going to my starter but missed several other problems. When I called them about the other problems that I had found, they said I should take it to another shop. I don't know if they could have caught the problem, but I was going over a pass a few weeks later, and the engine seized on my truck.In response to proven performance's comments. You noted the bad tire and that was why you didn't drive it. You didn't catch any of these other problems.I found the alternator unplugged, and the coil plug disconnected and sat loosely on the connection when the battery died later that day. Even the distributor was loose and moving. That is when I called and you told me to take it somewhere else.

Arron and Randall claimed to be welders and gladly took 10,000 from us to assist with completing a project. The finished project was trash. Extremely disappointed with them and lack of effort. If you like your dreams crushed than this is your place.

While traveling through the area I had an issue with my diesel truck. A local general auto repair shop recommended Proven Performance to me. The guys at Proven Performance got me in and were able to diagnose the issue the next day. The local dealer and another shop were not so helpful. Although it took over an hour to get to the diagnosis because of the location of the failure they didn’t charge me for the effort. They recommended some things to help me get back home with the issue. The issue is something that may be covered by the factory warranty. Thanks to the Proven Performance team for helping a stranded traveler out with a challenging issue!

Wish I could say something negative so they were not so busy all the time . Proven always takes care of my diesel needs and is hands down the best shop in the area. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else .

My Ford 350 diesel broke down on vacation. I had it towed in and they were able to squeeze me in before I had to leave for home. They fixed a problem I'd had for a year that A Ford Dealer and a major repair shop in Arizona hadn't diagnosed. The work was excellent and I checked prices for the items they installed and they were identical to the prices I found online. No markups above retail - a nice surprise. I highly recommend.

Brian gave me a great waterpump quote over for phone for my F250HD, I let him know I wasn't completely sure that was the problem, we gave me a quote for the pump replacement anyway and scheduled an appointment, he said they would be sure to identify the problem before starting the job (was not charged extra for the diagnostic). It was the problem and they had it back to me the same day and almost a 100.00 under the original quote... Very Professional, Very Honest, and Great Work - Thank you! We needed a Great Mechanic Shop in the area (as we are new in town), we found a great one... HIGHLY RECOMMEND
