Just went in and was completely ignored by the printing service desk. Another customer walked up after we had been waiting awhile, he then insisted that she help us first as we where there first, the employee then said “no it’s fine I know where your stuff is at” completely ignoring me and not once making eye contact with me, and proceeded to help him even though we where there waiting first.

I had an excellent experience with the young man or associate who helped me. He went out of his way to show me the best value I could get if I went a different way with what I needed. His help was well worth it. I ended up saving some money. Also he helped me downloading the Staples app so that I could save even more. Overall I give Staples a 10+. I left feeling happy for all the help I got. I highly recommend Staples to do all your office shopping.

If you can't find it they will order it
Today I purchased something at Staples for $50 that I could have got online for from 9:00 to $12
And acceptable similar item at Walmart was $3:98

Second time in here today and again customer service. The older lady with long white hair at register didn't notice that I walked in she was on her phone. Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I needed (ink pad for stamps). When walking out, the same lady looked at me and continued being on her phone. I was the only customer in i, and I wouldn't be surprised if the store closed.

Went to store to return product to Amazon. I was told by employee (male, dark curly hair, no name tag) that he couldn’t process “that label.” I asked if I could email the label to him. He told me that the email wasn’t working. I asked if any other store in town could help. He said no. He said to drive to Roseburg, a four plus hour round trip. I left store. Went to Mail Box and Parcels, two blocks away. They did the process in less than 5 minutes. Randy and James, great service. I called Staples to speak with Store Manager. Put on hold. No check back…hung up after 10 minutes of music. Poor customer service, unhelpful employee, bad phone service. I’ve purchased a number of items at Staples, but they’ve lost me as a customer.

The lady behind the shipping counter treated me as an inconvenience. First encounter I figured she could have had a bad day, second encounter was a bit worse. Yesterday needing to ship a computer of for school. Following instructions on the emailed label I asked if she could scan the bar code. Instead of explaining to me how they do it, she gruffly said that's not how it works you have to email it to me she then did not wait for me to grab the paper with the email, instead she tossed it at me as she was walking away. When I had to ask if it was a 0 or a letter o that annoyed her even more. I have never been treated like this at a place that runs services for the public. I am a patient person as I work in retail as a manager. This attitude is unacceptable and she likely treats others like this as well. This business would have more sales with out this sort of treatment of its customers. This person makes me prefer to drive to the other side of town to get prints or use the mail service.
There were only two employees she was behind the shipping printing counter with dark hair.

The lady who helped me with printing my things was awesome, their shipping center is really nice and I really should utilize it more.
