John has been so helpful and so kind. He went above and beyond to get what I needed and made it so easy for me to do so. He let me email in the information prior so everything was setup when I came to get my unit.

Kendra was fantastic, we had a short term situation and I was navigating the logistics from out of town. She was able to coordinate with my daughter and got her into an easy space to store things.
