“Alignment for 1996 Chevrolet 3500 27' Magestic RV - wheel base 15'. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if they have a service you can use. My driver's front tire was about an inch out of true and I was about to head south for the winter. The misalignment was eating the fairly new tire up, so had to get it fixed before I left. The appointment they gave me was a week out, but I was visit family so that was ok.I'm a full-timer, living in the RV, so was able to observe how they did business for a few hours while I waited. I had had a bad experience with a rv repair company south of town who had ripped me off for work they did and didn't do, so I was suspicious of anyone working on the "Beast" but they soon put me at ease. They had the best price of anyone I called, and I even called a few places in Roseburg.I was told that they were training a new alignment technician (he knew his job, but hadn't worked there before) and my machine gave him good practice because all 4 hubcaps had a security pin in them that they'd never seen before. Long story shortened: when they finished, they had rotated that tire, inflated all the tires (which were all quite low) repositioned a wiper on the wiper motor, and fixed the crooked stearing wheel that the previous alignment tech in Ohio had left me with.I paid and left quickly, and drove back to Bandon. Once I got there, I noticed that I had a missed hubcap. I called them and they looked for it, in vain. It was the weekend so I didn't get to talk to a boss (Randy) until Monday. During the weekend, I drove the distance twice, looking for the hubcap, but no. On Monday, when Danny called back, he was prepared with an apology and the price of a new set of hubcaps and a time to expect them.I told him I had to leave and didn't have the time to wait for them to come in, so he ordered them sent to a friend's house in Vegas. I was impressed that he took immediate ownership of the problem, and the cost of the caps were considerably more than the cost of the service they rendered. Anyone can make a mistake, and they worked quickly to remedy theirs with no argument at all.I rate Farwest a company with honor: may your experience with them prove that too.”

“Awesome staff, I had the car battery died at the Chevron station. Called Les schwab and they were there in a few minutes. Got the car started and went and got a new battery from them. I was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thanks”
