He even worked with my odd situation of having the dealership that sold me the car with bad EGR pay for most of the repair. Will definitely return!”

“Brian at A&B Imports is the real deal. I took this older Toyota with that notorious engine rattle (VVTi issue) to two other shops for inspection before him -- both claimed they checked it out and gave it the all-clear. Brian found what they missed: lack of oil pressure, broken cam gears, failing tensioner. The engine was on the verge of total failure. He took on the full job properly: timing chains, cam gears, oil system, cooling system, the works. Essentially a full engine save, plus transmission service and complete tune-up.
He kept me updated throughout, delivered quicker than promised, and the car's been running flawlessly since. Brian's also a pleasure to chat with, full of stories from his tropical adventures. Honest, skilled, and genuinely enjoyable to do business with.
Heads up: they don't use plastic seat covers, so toss a towel over the seat if you like it clean. Highly recommend A & B for anyone in the Coos Bay area needing import service.”

“Tom and his wonderful team went way beyond what a usual auto mechanics business would do to help me out. I’ve been traveling back-and-forth from Eugene to goose Bay, planning on moving to Bandon soon. I met Tom on my way up and he helped me with changing my battery. Just yesterday, on my way back down, he did a whole heck of a lot of things to my car, so much that it is hard to remember exactly what all he did . Tanisha, his right hand woman, graciously drove me around Coos Bay and North Bend to help me get things done since I didn’t have a car. She even helped me pack up my hotel room when I ran out of time before check out! These guys are family not just some impersonal business. I would highly recommend them”

“Wonderful experience! We broke a window in our downtown preschool, and needed the glass replaced with urgency as we had to close school for safety. I called in the evening, and they came out the very next morning and replaced it. They had to remove trim and they were so careful. Also, very reasonable price! Did a great job. They will always be my go-to!”

“This pertains to the Mobile fuel station on 1st St. in Coos Bay. Some of these reviews do not. After being continually disappointed with Fred Meyer Fuel station in Coos Bay with super slow service and bad attitude I have moved my business to Mobile for all of my in town diesel fuel needs. They are so much faster than Freddy's and the diesel is currently about the same price when paid with credit card and way cheaper than Freddy's and most everyone else when paid in cash. That's about it, faster service and cheap diesel. The guys have been super helpful and friendly every time I've been in. This makes my transition from Freddy's easy!”

“I received my second big help at this place. The first time, while camping in Florence, I had trouble due to tire damage and came here late on a weekend afternoon, where I got quick maintenance and tire repair. This time, I returned because of a battery issue, purchased a new battery, and had it replaced. I received very fast and friendly service from the staff member, Allen. Compared to other Walmart Auto Centers, the kindness here is many times greater. When you purchase a new battery, they handle the replacement, and the recycle refund fee for the old battery is deducted as the installation cost.
This is a highly recommended place.”
