Thanks to Pat and Dena for all of their quick and thorough work to put us into our Expedition! I don't think Rick or I have ever seen paperwork done so quickly (thank you, Dena!), and I'm positive we've never had anyone so knowledgeable about every bell and whistle included with our vehicle, and how to use them all! (Thank you, Pat!). It's a pretty fun thing to drive past and have the salespeople wave at us because they recognize the vehicle, what a nice group of people they all are. All in all, it was a great experience as far as buying cars goes, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

Service department does a great job on oil changes & service inspection.
The service department is very knowledgeable they made sure I got all my Lincoln rewards with my oil change.

I cannot say enough positive about their service department and specifically Matt Larson. We were 1000 miles from home, towing a large 5th wheel when my F-350 diesel coded out. Matt arranged for one of the techs to look at my truck immediately. They ended up replacing a sensor and got me back on the road that afternoon. Everyone was great!! Thanks.

This review is for the service department. Traveling out of town and multiple codes to be taken care of. Called Tower Ford, explained my situation, fortunately they were able to slide me in for a look, turns out I needed quite a bit of work and would have to rent a car for a week, they were very accommodating, communication was top-notch. Jim in the service department was on it! When he said he’d call me at 12 o’clock the next day he called me at 12 o’clock the next day etc. car was delivered as promised on time and apparently they’ve done an excellent job. They’ve restored my Faith and confidence in dealerships that offer service. Thank you Jim, Marcus and the rest of the service team at Tower Ford Coos Bay.

We are on a long road trip and our back passenger window went down and couldn’t go back up. I called the service department in a panic and they squeezed us in at the last minute to diagnose and fixed our window. Their customer service is 10/10! They are life savers for our trip and keeping our dogs safe in the backseat with a fixed window. Thank you Tower Ford Service Department for coming through for us in our time of need! Are experience with Dena and russ was wonderful they made us feel right at home I seen they were selling a 2004 Ford f250 4 wheel drive on Facebook so I texted Dena and said we were interested but she said someone else was trying to buy it she called me back 10 minutes later and said it fail through I said we will be right down well long story short we are the owners now Dena was so sweet I forgot my purse she said that's OK she came with us to get my purse at home we laughed and talked I felt like I have known her forever she was so sweet and kind and russ joked with us the hole time they make a wonderful team we now are in Lapine Oregon having fun in are 2004 Ford pickup thank you Dena and russ for the wonderful experience ? I definitely recommend these two

Thanks to Dena and Jim at Tower Ford we bought our first 2019 Ford F-150 XLT with the 5.0L Sport truck. I've been a Chevy man all my life but needed a truck with better towing specs and Dena worked super hard to find me the right truck ..... thanks again Dena

The price on my trade in could have been more, but I also realize it's their job to buy low and sell high to make money. The team was good to work with, and Dena was great. When I forgot to bring in the title for my trade in she drove 1/2 hour to my house to pick it up. That was amazing!

I came down with my Mom and boyfriend with a chunk of my savings, I didn't feel pressured, and I fell in LOVE with my sportage during the test drive. Dena worked with me on getting financed affordably and was super friendly the entire time. She made me feel really comfortable in my first ever buying experience. I haven't stopped smiling since I left the lot :)

Thank you, thank you to Tower Ford and specifically, service advisor Jim Ortiz. He saved our vacation by squeezing us in for a major issue with our truck. Since we're pulling a trailer and have prepaid reservations all lined up, this could have been a disaster. Jim got us in and out in a day, understanding our situation and bending over backward to help. Of course, kudos also to the mechanics who knew just what to do. ?

Charged $118.00 for a navigation update. Nothing changed. Found out you must by update from Ford. Dealership is not able to do navigation updates. Called LeAnn. Am waiting for her to get back to me.
